The stay was wonderful! A few recommendations that we would have is:1. The toilet seat is entirely to unsteady. Please consider getting something more robust. By this, I mean, you almost feel like you’re going to break it off or slide off every time you sit down.2. The microwave does not work. There is no power to it, like it’s not plugged in? 3. When the AC is running, there is loud high pitched whining noise that is distracting and annoying.4. We recommend having a note indicating the Wi-Fi password. There is little service up here and if you didn’t download the instruction guide, it’s hard to retain that info once arrived. Having a physical instruction book would be most helpful! Ex: how to turn on the grill propane, how to operate the outside and inside fire pits…a booklet or laminated list would be great!

Just a quick note about our digital guidebook: it’s provided as soon as you book and again before your arrival. It’s full of up-to-date information, including step-by-step videos for all appliances, the indoor and outdoor fireplaces, the grill, ceiling fans, driving directions to local spots, favorite places, and even current weather updates. We’ve tried physical copies in the past, but they often went missing, so the digital guide ensures guests always have the latest and most helpful information at their fingertips. We truly appreciate your suggestions—they help us make every stay even better. We hope to host you again soon for another relaxing and enjoyable experience!
