Guests have private access to the entire house.



Access to Playacar and the residential community is provided through a QR code that will be shared before arrival.



The house features an electronic lock, and your personal access code will be provided on the day of check-in for convenient self check-in.



Guests also have access to the shared swimming pool within the residential complex.



A parking space is available at the property.

Other Things to Note:

- A complimentary starter kit is provided upon arrival and includes toilet paper, trash bags, soap and shampoo. These items are not replenished during the stay.

- Salt, oil and pepper are available upon request before 4:40 PM.

- Daily cleaning is not included in the rental rate.

- Cleaning services and linen/towel changes are available for an additional fee. Please request them at least 24 hours in advance, subject to staff availability.

- Please take care of linens and towels and avoid using them for floor cleaning or makeup removal to prevent additional charges.

- Travel crib available for $5 USD per night (minimum charge 3 nights), including mattress, linens and blanket. Advance request and confirmation are required.

- For stays of 28 nights or longer, electricity consumption is billed separately.

- For stays longer than 7 nights, a mandatory weekly linen and towel change applies at an additional cost.
