Questo confortevole appartamento è completamente attrezzato situato al secondo piano di un condominio a 3 piani ben tenuto con un parcheggio per 1 veicolo. La camera da letto principale ha un comodo letto matrimoniale, A / C, armadio e cassettiera. La seconda camera ha due letti singoli, A / C, cassetti e armadio. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Ci sono molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze e troverete un supermercato a pochi passi dal condominio. La zona giorno comprende 50 "Smart TV con TV via cavo, Wi-Fi, divano, tavolo da pranzo e sedie. Cuocere un barbecue o fare un pisolino sull'amaca mentre vi godete la vista mozzafiato ei suoni dell'oceano dal balcone.

Great family vacation.
Property was clean, great location. Condo worked well for our family. Owner very responsive and good communication. Ocean view balcony, very clean beach directly directly across the street. Very little traffic. Many excellent close restaurants, small in size but very good food and friendly atmosphere. Felt very secure the entire trip. Condo is near National Rain forest and less than an hour drive from San Juan.

Amazing location
Arenamar was the perfect place for a break from the cold Midwest winter. The apartment was well stocked and clean. The view from the patio is was incredible! The location was perfect for adventuring to El Yuenque, Fajardo and Vienques. Can’t wait to come back!

Short getaway
Directions and communication were 💯 The property was exactly how described and how the pictures looked. Blocked the morning breeze and looking right at the beach. Could not get any closer to the beach unless we camped on the sand.

Great Location
The location is wonderful! Enjoyed the hammock on the deck! Pictures on website are accurate. Mary let us do an early check in, which was much appreciated! She was at the apartment when we arrived to give us a brief rundown on the apt. Mary was very quick to respond to the many questions I had! She was very helpful and caring when my husband ended up in hospital for four days with pneumonia. We were very sad that we had to shorten our monthlong stay due to the Coronavirus! We would definitely rent from Mary again!

Highly Recommend, excellent host!
Mary is a wonderful host! She is a good communicator. She helped us a lot when our flight was late and our grandchildren arrived before us. We can't thank her enough. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished, and well stocked. Excellent view of the ocean and easy beach access. We have been visiting Puerto Rico for over 10 years now and this was by far the nicest place we have stayed. We are already planning a trip back for next year. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

Best location for access to the BEST BEACHES
This is our second time staying at this condo. We wouldn't stay anywhere else. Access to miles and miles of incredible beaches which are never crowded (at least not in December, January and February when we've been there). Accommodations are exactly as presented. Reading and relaxing in the hammock with the beach right in front of you is an incredible treat when it's snowing back home! Very comfortable beds. Very nice TV for watching Netflix in the evening. WI-FI works very well. The kitchen is complete and it was easy to prepare daily meals. (We discovered the good grocery store is Ralph's down the road about 5 miles in Fajardo.) The washer and dryer were definitely a nice amenity for our month long stay. Our stay was very comfortable because our hostess Mary is the absolute best. She always responds immediately if we have a question. We hope to be able to return again. FYI best restaurant for insanely good ribs and everything else is Brasas y Cultura smokehouse on PR Hwy 3, only a couple miles from the condo. Also, we loved Ossobuco located at Kiosk #29. Can't wait to return to Luquillo!

Nice to rest but not to much to do other than beach .
The size condo is good with a nice balcony balcony but totally dated , there is ac only in bedrooms and one is very old imposible to sleep there because the noise is terrible . We bought a fan to make it more confortable in the living room area even with the ocean across the st was very hot and humid a roof fan would be really good . Everything look clean except for the bathroom I was desappointed about that the tub was really bad , and the bed very uncomfortable old mattress very hard and noise . The beach is very nice and also Playa Piñones is so beautiful a neighbor gave us that tip .Fajardo 15’ away were you can do all your shopping there is a good supermarket there better prices than Waltmart . There is a supermarket in the area but I didn’t like to much many restaurants We’re close I guess because the season .The owner Mary is very attentive she alway answer our questions right away .. very nice lady .

It was a pleasure for me to be in this place and if I had the opportunity to return to this island, I would return to this place. Its owner had it very clean and had all the utilities I need to go to the beaches.

Great location, clean & comfortable
Mary was a great host. Our flight got in late but she still met us at the apartment. The apartment faces the Luquillo beach. The area the apartment is in is quiet and safe. The beach never had more than 10 people on it--and it stretches on for what looks like a mile (we were there May 1-5 in 2019). Las Paylas and El Yunque are minutes away, shopping is out of sight but very close, as are a long line of kiosk food vendors. (Note, the vendors on the east end are the least expensive.) Fajardo (bioluminescent bay) is about a 10 minute drive. San Juan is about 30-45 minutes away. We rented a car and used the apartment as our base. Going to sleep and waking up to the sound of waves was great. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location across from the beach (cross the very quiet 2 land street and you are there). The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked well. The breeze through the rest of the home made it very comfortable. Washer and dryer were handy and worked well. Highly recommended.

Great Condo unit. Heavenly view...Sunrise. Cocqui seranade every night.
Everything close, car needed. Electric entry gate malfunctioned, and the closing alarm was really noisy! Otherwise perfect. Will return to Arenado!

Worst nightmare that a traveler can have
First day the refrigerator was old, the day of the arrival was noisy, do not let us rest, in addition had a bad smell. My husband get a technician to fix it. The next day the water heater got broken and my husband had to fix it. The owner was not willing to resolve the issues. Next day workers repairing the complex were making noises, drilling and loud music, for many days. The apartment was dirty and had human hair everywhere. The old furniture was dirty too with lots of small ants that bite me many times, I could not sit on them because I got this painful bite, they were everywhere in the apartment.The screens of the windows were very dirty and were not fix so a lot of insects came inside into the apartment were crawling in the bed and everywhere and my body, I wake up with my foot, legs and hands cover in bites from the insects, I do not know what kind was, this was besides the ants. We endure the previous situation since we do not wanted to spend our precious time resolving every issue with the apartment. At this point we requested the owner a refund but she was so insensitive and lack of compassion that even said that that was nothing and the insects were harmless. For her the apartment was sparkling clean even when we show her the dirt, the photos of the insects, the bites in my body and the insects that we had to kill the previous night. We have photos of everything. The owner refused to give us a refund despite that her property was not acceptable.Her denial was not honest and caused that we cannot stay since we were risking our health. We filed a complaint in Home Away site but it was a waste of time, the staff do not do nothing to help us to get the refund or to provide a hotel to stay, just limited to say they will filed this complaint in the owner's account. We lost all the money for the overall cost of the trip, the stay was supposed to be for a month but we just stayed 11 days and could not achieve the business that was the purpose of our travel. We had to go to a hotel and change our flight back to home and spent more for the additional costs.The whole experience was traumatic and mentally agonizing. Beware of doing arrangements with Home Away or others since you risk everything and nobody will guarantee what you deserve, which is a clean, peaceful and safe place to stay. Even worst will not support you if you got in a situation like this. I will never use or recommend Home Away or other companies or go back to Puerto Rico

Between Tropical Forest and Ocean
If you love the sounds of a tropical forest and the ocean, this is the place to rent. In addition to being a comfortable, cozy 2-bedroom condo, you are treated to the sounds of coqui frogs out the back and ocean waves from the balcony. The hammock adds a nice touch to the balcony. We didn't particularly like the gated aspect of the condo, but that should not deter anyone from renting. It is situated across from lovely Playa Azul, with warm beautiful water and great waves to jump and body surf in. Mary is a flexible, kind host.

Relaxing Ocean Breezes
Our week long stay went by too quickly. Comfortable condo with the extras needed to enjoy the beach. Lulled by the ocean waves and serenaded by the coqui frogs it was perfectly relaxing. Thank you for your hospitality Mary!

Homey surroundings and stunning views!!!
Just got back from staying 8 nights at this wonderful property and in one of my favorite places, Luquillo! This darling apartment has a million dollar view but at a fraction of the cost of a hotel. It is exactly as depicted in the photos and couldn't be any more homey and comfortable....the 2 bedrooms are cozy with good beds and plenty of storage. It is so convenient to have a kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. We could've literally sat on the balcony all day, every day and stared at the beautiful caribbean sea, but a short trip across the street to a nearly deserted, amazing beach is even better!! I have traveled a lot and stayed in a lot of places and I cannot more highly recommend this location! You will never want to leave!!!! I will be back again!! Thank you Mary for sharing your little slice of paradise with us!!

Enjoy the sun, the ocean and Puerto Rico!
Our family of four greatly enjoyed our stay at Mary's two bedroom condo right across from a lovely, quiet beach (Playa Asul) and near one of the largest and most beautiful public beaches on the Island. Mary did everything possible to make our arrival, departure and stay hassle-free and welcoming. She is there to meet you when you arrive and responds immediately if you have any questions or problems during your stay. The condo is very comfortable, clean and inviting with a terrace overlooking the ocean (we were often too lazy to even walk across the street to the beach). There are four beach chairs, lots of beach towels, floats. a wasjer/druer. are fridge. air conditioner in each of the two bedrooms. And Luquillo is a great location near El Yunque, ferries to Vieques and Culebra and many other trips you will enjoy. In addition to the well-publicezed food kiosks, Luquillo boasts a number of quality restaurants offering a variety of food. Discover these on your own!

lovely beachfront vista
Great apartment with a wonderful view of the beach. Everything was there for our 5 day stay and it was close to everything. 15 min from the rain forest. the beach was literally across the street. Close to restaurants and coffee shops, grocery and drug store all within walking distance and San Juan was 30 min away. In the apartment complex the neighbors were friendly, community is gated and secure. Loved the total experience would definitely return.

Lovely and relaxing holiday on the beach
Everything at this location was as described by Mary. Luquillo Beach is a beautiful spot and this condo provides immediate and comfortable access to it. Our three-year-old granddaughter loved the beach and the experience. It was a comfortable spot for 3 adults and 1 child. We had everything we needed in the condo and our stay was very comfortable. We cooked all our meals; we would suggest that this is the best plan as there are not a lot of restaurants nearby. It's better to shop and cook! We will recommend this to our friends and family as a great location for a relaxing and quiet holiday.

Perfect!
Great time spent with my family! Third time we stay in Arenamar and Mary's place was the best. The apartment is fully equiped with all you may need. Quiet place, except for the sound of the waves breaking in the sand. Highly recommend you stay here, peaceful, secure, perfect beach feets away, close to all the amenities you may need!

Home away from home !!!
This was our third time at Arenamar and it won't be our last . Mary makes you feel like family and is always available when you need her . The apt. is equipped with all that you need to be comfortable . The ocean in front is all that I need !!! I love Puerto Rico and the people there !!! See you in Oct. !!

Beautiful View/Spectacular Sunrises!
I stayed in this condo for a 3-month winter vacation and felt very sad to leave. It was so lovely to be right on the beach with a beautiful view and sounds of the ocean 24/7. The sunrises are spectacular! This building is very quiet almost all of the time and neighbors are friendly. The unit has all the comforts of home: tropical decor, a well-equipped kitchen, nice linens, and a washer/dryer. There are beach chairs and boogie boards you can take to the beach, just steps away. The surf is calm enough for easy swimming there most of the time, and oh, that warm Caribbean water - delightful! The very best part of staying here is the owner. Mary is a lovely person and very responsive to any questions or needs you may have. I highly recommend Arenamar for your Luquillo vacation!

We loved the view from the balcony!
We were very satisfied with this rental. My folks are older, and so it was lovely to just sit on the balcony with them and feel like you are more or less right on the beach. The accommodations are not luxurious but they are very comfortable and more than adequate. We especially appreciated having a washer and dryer right in the unit. The best thing is being right on the beach. And it's just a 20 minute lovely walk along the beach to get to Balneario Monserrate, one of the best swimming beaches in Puerto Rico. Walking down the beach in the other direction for about the same time brings you to an undeveloped stretch of beautiful beach that goes on for miles and miles, and is abundant in sea birds. We also swam in the beach in front of the condo, but farther up as there are signs warning of strong currents there. The town of Luquillo is not very up and coming, but we enjoyed eating at the kiosks and had a very good meal at Rincon del Sabor also. So if your emphasis is on enjoying a constant sea view, and having lots of beach to walk on, this is a wonderful place!
