Near Disney, many attractions, restaurant row. The Grand Villa works well for a family or two small families or two couples. Welcome to Westgate’s premier resort at Westgate Town Center featuring water park with small and big slides, lazy river, huge zero-entry pool, 13 pools, kiddy pools, hot tubs, and so much more. Available Saturday Feb 14-21. (If you wish to add extra nights, it will depend upon limited space available at the resort, at the current rate). Our children and grandchildren enjoy the pools and water park. It’s nice to have those options on days we’re not at theme parks or to relax in the evening.

Condo is two independent, adjoining, complete units.
- Larger unit with master bedroom w king bed and jetted tub, well-equipped kitchen w lg fridge, stove, DW, breakfast bar, dining area, lg living room with sleep sofa, work area, screened balcony or veranda.
- It adjoins smaller unit which has one bedroom with king or two doubles, dining/kitchenette/living area w sleep sofa.
- Each has a full bathroom w showers.
- Each unit has 2 big screen TVs, DVD players, W/D.
- We totally enjoy the amenities and 14 pools at the resort, and it's a great launching place for all of the Orlando/Kissimmee area.

If location is important, the resort is just a few miles from Disney, near tons of restaurants and Orlando area entertainment. Hint – it may be handy to use ride-share options rather than renting a car and paying parking at the theme parks.

You will be the guests of us as owners of a timeshare week, so you can save significantly from the WG online rates because there is no daily fee for wifi, entrance to the water park is free, rather than $20+/person/day!!! Also a discount at the Westgate restaurants. You just show your room key card at these places.

IMPORTANT:
Towels & sheets are provided for 8 people. You can freely exchange pool towels at the water park. This is a timeshare, so a bit different from hotels for cleaning. The unit is self-catering, and they will pick up your trash if placed outside your door. Please note that there is a charge if you request cleaning or towel exchange, but we find that we don't spend a lot of time there to get the place dirty, as we are out enjoying Westgate or Orlando area activities.

Westgate has swan & paddle boats, bicycles, activities at the children's center (some free, some for a fee), theater (kids' movies in the daytime), DVD check-out. Baby pack & play available upon request. Walmart is across from the Westgate entrance - an easy walk. 24 hour front desk, grocery store, ice cream and coffee shop, restaurants, sports bar, spa, fitness center, arcade, tennis courts, mini golf, shuffleboard, ample free parking, theater, DVD rental, sand volley ball, soccer field and lots more.

IMPORTANT:
Technically the villa sleeps eight people, but we want you to be aware that four of those people will be on two sleeper sofas. But of course you can use the sleep space however works well for your family. We enjoy breakfast or coffee on the veranda or balcony of the larger unit.

- PLEASE NOTE #2 This is a major resort, and check-in can be quite busy in the large central building. It's not quite like I'm handing you a key to our house, so please be patient. You will be able to do some of your check-in online in advance.

- PLEASE NOTE #3 Westgate may have some special offers if you take their promotional tour and hear a purchase speech. You are in no way obligated to participate, but we always receive an invitation to dinner and a talk and tour. It is your option if you want to do this or to receive free offers, but it is time-consuming.

- PLEASE NOTE #4 We are somewhat new at hosting, so that’s why our prices are lower. Since we have to pay for the week, please note the cancellation policy that we can't give a refund if cancelled less than 7 days before the booking starts. Thanks for your understanding, and we want to work with you if an unavoidable emergency happens.

- PLEASE NOTE #5 We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur during your time at Westgate and its facilities. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, you accept and assume responsibility for your group and any guests whom you invite to Westgate, and assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. That’s why you take out VRBO insurance, and it will be refunded to you if there are no damages.
