Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and views are amazing. 11 people are hard to accommodate but this house was perfect size, plenty of restrooms, and comfortable beds. The upstairs master shower needs a new shower head and the metal chairs on the porch were rusted badly with large chunks of rusty metal falling off were the only things I noticed that were not perfect. I have stayed at multiple houses in the area, this one was the FAR. This house was amazing!

Unfortunately instead of checking in when you first arrive you have to drive to the office to pick up the keys. I texted the host a couple of times and did not receive an answer until after I had already check out. There was dried dog poop on the deck when we arrived. Loved the space and number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Just wish the check in process was easier and the host replied to questions about the property faster.

Seagrape was a great getaway!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our party consisted of 8 senior adults and it was perfect!! We all had our our rooms and bathrooms for a little privacy. Living areas were just the right size for us. The management team took excellent care of us even changing a lightbulb!! Cobb is the best!!

Check in and check out procedure isn’t great considering you have to drive a few more miles to the office to retrieve the keys then also return them upon checkout. The bed in the upstairs bedroom was extremely hard like a concrete slab, we had to purchase a foam mattress topper just to sleep after the first night, the blankets on this bed are also too small for the bed and barely reach the sides of the bed. There were many areas of small ants throughout the unit! They give you checkout instructions upon leaving and those instructions are different from the online version and different from the ones in the book on the counter in the house. Confusing to say the least. Nice home just needs updating and better linens and mattresses and clear instructions.
