Really fantastic property - the pictures actually don't even do it justice. The house is so spacious, the proximity to the beach easy, and the house is stocked with everything you could need.

Went for a family reunion with 6 people total. Stayed for 5 days and could have stayed for 5 more. Phenomenal property, great views, close to town, with too much to do in only 5 days. The cleaning crew must be amazing because even though it’s dog friendly we didn’t see one bit of evidence that a dog had ever been there. Would absolutely stay again.

Wow wow wow, what a place! Great beach access and location for our family vacation over the July 4th weekend. The house was stocked unlike any other home we have stayed at, just great! The amenities were great too with games, hot tub, and more. Super pleased and would recommend to anyone. Also, Go Hawks!!

Almost went away from this place because there were no reviews, but I decided to take a chance and I'm glad I did! The view and beach accessibility were amazing! The house was beautiful with so many amenities. The host and staff prepared the house well and were friendly and easy to communicate with. A weekend to remember, I plan to go back in the future!

Fantastic house in an incredible location. Well laid out for our family party of 6 - 3 couples. The game room was fabulous with a pool table our adult children loved. The house has lots of spaces for sitting either in groups or solo, inside and out. Beautiful views of the water, wonderful porch seating both on the first and second floor. Walking down to the beach and walking for miles is all the recreation we needed. Our kids are great cooks and found every possible utensil in the kitchen! Would really recommend as a place to stay and we will definitely stay here when we come back to the beach in Long Beach. Great communication with property management, which is local and very helpful. We loved it!

Beautiful house just a short walk from the beach. The home is larger than we expected based on the photos. Communication with the host was easy and responsive. The property is managed by Bloomer Estates Property Management and Vacation Rentals.The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the decks while watching the ocean, dunes, and local wildlife. The binoculars on a stand were a thoughtful addition. There was plenty of comfortable seating on both the upper and lower decks.We were delighted to see a couple of deer walking through the dunes near the house. The hot tub is located in a private area, making it a great place to relax. The upstairs game room was exactly as pictured and provided a fun space for everyone to enjoy.

We had a beautiful stay! Communication was great every step of the way. The kitchen is top notch. Trees screen the property from neighboring houses. The hot tub is wonderful, but I suggest turning off the backyard strings lights to better see the stars at night.One thing to be aware of, there is only one bathroom on the 2nd floor, connected to the master bedroom. Occupants of the other upstairs bedroom may need to use the bathroom on the first floor depending on the familiarity of the group. Also, there are no privacy window dressings in the upstairs bedrooms.

This oceanside home is beautiful in all regards. It is situated in a well maintained yard that is bounded by sand dunes and seagrass, making for a lovely, short stroll to the beach, which is beautifully visible from the house. It feels very private. The house is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and very well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with all the tools and appliances you could want. The beds were super comfortable and the showers were wonderful! The stars visible in the evening hours were breathtaking, something you definitely can't see in the city. I would definitely love to stay here again!
