The property was fantastic as were the owners. My boys and I came down to Tarpon fish and this place was perfect to come home to after being on the water all day. Great restaurants right down the road too. Can’t wait to com back! Thank you so much.

Everything was wonderful about our stay. The property is very well maintained; has everything a guest might need, including in the kitchen; is very clean; and the location is very convenient to restaurants and the beach. The owner is very responsive, and goes above and beyond to ensure his guests are happy. It was a great stay!

Pool was great. Kitchen and outdoor grill were good. Kitchen was missing any non-stick cookware which would've been nice for fish or eggs. House was very nice and convenient location to town and beach.

Awesome property

We had such a great stay! Quiet area, and clean house with your own pool was perfect. Short walk to the private beach was nice to escape too.

Wonderful stay on north end of island

Our four day stay on Boca Grande was lovely the house was great - 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. We really enjoyed the pool. The walk to the private beach was easy. And it was a fun golf cart ride down to town would absolutely stay here again.

They are wonderful to work with and the house was perfect for our little trip. Everything was right there and easy to access! My children loved the stepping stones outside and the pool!

Great stay in Boca Grande

this house worked well for our 4 adult children and their babies who joined us for a weeklong stay. House well furnished and kitchen well stocked. Short walk to a very private beach. We enjoyed the pool and deck.

Great spot for quiet week at the beach

Had a great week with family at the condo. Saltwater pool onsite was clean and warmed. Owner was kind, very responsive, helpful. Looks like last few years storms had been harsh on other parts of the island, but this place - and the beach that was just a quick few min walk -- were perfect.

Tranquil paradise!

This wss for sure the most relaxed vacation my family has taken. The house is beautiful and had all the amenities you would need. The pool is great. The beach access is very short walk to a gorgeous private beach. We were there basically by ourselves every time we went. The owners are wonderful, and the check in process was a breeze! Would definitely recommend!!

Peaceful and hassle free

Karl was very responsive to the couple of questions we had. The home was as described and just what we were looking for. Peaceful spot, nice and clean. Would recommend to others.

Wedding weekend

Great place for our family to stay while enjoying a destination wedding. Very clean and very spacious. It was like having our own home away from home. Thank you for being great hosts! Had family come to visit and they were jealous!! 😉

On arrival, this house had everything, cleanliness, multiple towels, hundreds of glasses, pool amenities, you name it, 2 Bar B Que grills with charcoal, lighter fluid, grill scrub brush...Very well thought out in supplying a rental home.Outstanding & prompt response in communicating with owner

Boca Grande April 2024

We had the best time at the house and visiting Boca Grande. Karl called us and emailed us with the information to get into the house a couple days before arrival which was very reassuring. We had all the towels, supplies, beach umbrella, chairs, toys, etc. we needed for our stay. The pool was great to have and we rented a golf cart to get to and from town. We rented a car but only used it to get to and from the airport. Everything we needed was on the island and it was very nice not to have to get in the car with our kids (2&4) during our vacation. We stopped at Walmart before getting to the island for groceries and cooked a lot at the house. The house was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals. We definitely want to stay again! Thank you for letting us rent your home on Boca Grande! We had a great stay and time!
