This beautiful two bedroom space boasts a spacious kitchen with all everything you need to cook, private off street parking, a fully fenced in yard with a fire pit/grill and an entertainment room complete with a foosball table and a fun board game collection. Located in the heart of South City, St. Louis, it is a short drive to Tower Grove Park and Carondelet with many great restaurants and breweries nearby as well as thrifting and antiquing. This property is split for guests to securely and exclusively occupy the back half of the house while the host occupies the front half with no shared spaces between guest and host. Host is available to help with any concerns as well as make great recommendations for local activities!

Unfortunately we weren’t able to stay as we had a family medical emergency at home. Communication with Alex was phenomenal. My only suggestion would be to have a tv area on the main floor

Alex was so kind, patient and helpful. He responded within minutes to any questions we had.. It was our first time renting and we were shocked to see food in fridge and freezer, but it wasn't a problem. We felt safe and secure. Very quiet neighborhood.. we would rent again!! 15 uber ride to Busch Stadium/Union Station,

Alex has a great place for a great price! I found my way to the grocery stores simple. I grew up in STL, so I already knew my way around, but i still thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I appreciated the abundance of hot sauce condiments in the fridge, because I love hot sauce lol. The only things i would change is a few updated appliances, maybe a small grill, but nothing huge...everything ese was on point, and communication was exemplary. I can see myself staying again! Last thing, no washer and dryer, but a few places nearby, so it's beneficial to bring a zip lock of detergent . A great abundance of tea and coffee for the morning! 10/10, overall

This was a perfect location for our trip to St. Louis. We drove 5 hours from Michigan and it was not hard to find. Everything was within 10-15 minutes away from us and it was perfect for touring different parts of the city. The home itself was perfect! All amenities worked well and with a 100 days we had in STL during our stay, we GREATLY appreciated working central AC and units in each bedroom. Overall my family and I are very happy with our stay. We’d definitely stay again in a future STL visit. Thank you!

I have spent over ten years here in St. Louis, and have come to call it home. I am a local musician, DJ and photographer, so I have a great understanding of the culture in the area with many recommendations for things to do in the city as well as the best places to eat. I have spent my entire life in hospitality, and this part time rental is the best way for me to express what I have learned in my two decades of customer service. My #1 strength is communication, so please, don't to hesitate to ask for anything!

This location is fantastic because of how centrally located it is to all the different parts of the city. Downtown, Soulard, Tower Grove, and Cherokee street are all a short drive away!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

My property is so important to VRBO and the short term rental economy here in the city because South City has so few available units to rent, and this space is cozy, quiet and fun with ample natural lighting to get your day started right!
