HOLLYWOOD VILLA è situata nella prestigiosa zona delle tenute di Indian Creek. Questa villa moderna gode dello status di essere in una delle comunità residenziali più vicine al magico WALT DISNEY WORLD, a soli cinque minuti di auto dalla casa di MICKEY MOUSE.

Il soggiorno principale comprende una SMART TV a LED da 60 'con 100 canali HD. Wi-Fi in tutta la villa e le aree piscina a velocità di banda larga - 10 Mb. Chiamate illimitate gratuite verso qualsiasi luogo negli Stati Uniti e in CANADA.

Cucina gourmet con elettrodomestici nuovi di zecca. Sala da pranzo con 8 posti a sedere.

Due master suite con letto matrimoniale e letto king size e TV con bagno privato e cabine armadio.

Our family had an awesome stay at this property! We had a minor issue with the security system, but we were able to get the situation resolved. Would definitely stay again!

Great House

The house was great! It is very well kept and is only about 15 minutes from Disney. The pool is very nice and completely private. Will definitely book again for a Disney Trip.

3 Night Stay

Very nice property very quiet neighborhood. The heated Spa is a must have if you book this property, it heats up very quick even when it’s a little chilly outside. I loved the privacy as well everything went well will definitely stay again

Great location!!

This was located at a great location. Near shopping centers and restaurants. Pool was amazing and very clean. A lot bigger than I expected which was a plus. The game room was great as well and kept us entertained. Would def recommend this location!!

Summer vacation

The property was clean and nicely furnished. The check in/check out process was easy. They left very clear instructions on everything with the property which took out a lot of the hassle so we were able to concentrate on our vacation. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and felt safe.

Great Stay

House is very contemporary, very clean and comfortable. Location is great. We loved the house. Bed mattress’s could be updated but they are clean. Atmosphere was cool, game room was fun and house is well supplied to stay in for a week. Pool was clean and nice. Would book again 🙂

Perfect villa

This is a beautiful villa the location is excellent close to parks and plenty of extras including high chair strollers and car seat perfect for families also had a well equipped kitchen the pool and jacuzzi were excellent this is our second stay in this villa and will definitely be looking at staying here again and would recommend it highly

Great home base for Disney properties! Would have preferred to have some basic cleaning products included with the rental. Owners were VERY responsive to my emails.

Amazing Stay

Our family had an amazing stay at this home. It was just as advertised. The home was clean and conveniently located to stores and theme parks. The house is Well equipped and the host was easy to communicate with. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The private pool was incredible. We had an amazing time here!

Worth the money

The home was in pretty good shape. Some scraps and scrapes here and there around the home but it was definitely worth what we paid. We really enjoyed our stay and the heated pool and hot tub allowed us to swim all night. We will be renting this again!!!

Everything was great!

We stayed at this property for 8 nights and everything about it was wonderful. It was only about 10 minutes away from the Disney properties which was great for our family. The house is well kept and the neighborhood was quite. There was always something for us to do, the kids loved the swimming pool but they also enjoyed the game room. We had plenty of room for our family of 5 and more. It was so much better then staying in a hotel. I would highly recommend this property for anyone.

Wonderful stay!

We have stayed in a few of these types of houses near Disney and this one was just as fantastic! The pool and hot tub we're a big plus, many of the houses did not have a hot tub AND pool. We were pleased with the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was clean and very well planned out for when guests arrive. The game room in the garage with a great perk for the kiddos. The kitchen was stocked for essentials making it convenient to not have to run to the store for paper towel or dish soap. Would definitely rent here again

Perfect Location

We loved our stay, most certainly will book again. The pool and hot tub were the highlights for sure. The only recommendation I can think of is, there is no railing around the pool or hot tub. My partner is disabled and had to be extra careful getting in and out. The water temperature IS extremely hot, but I wouldn’t want you to fix it and then it not be hot enough. Just someone could potentially hurt themselves if not paying attention. Can’t wait to come back!

Large specious , beautiful House.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the house very much. Couple concerns we didn't expect, the house did not provide soap, shampoo, conditioner. There was no dish soap as well. We wanted to use the BBQ grill ,but there was lock on it. We contacted the management company for code of the lock, but they did not answer or reply back. The house is specious and beautiful, but the management company should do a better job of restocking hygienic products, there was none. Also better communication with the guests. Thank you.

The location was good for the Disney experience.

The property was clean on the inside, but the rug coming into the property from the pool was disgusting. We paid for heated pool and spa, but the spa was colder than the pool and we were unable to raise the temperature. Plus you have a pool but no beach towels and are not to use the bath towels for the pool! The bed sheets were like sandpaper and very worn, plus the beds creaked like an old victorian bed! Loved the fingerprint on the big screen TV...! May need a new cleaning person. I felt the property was over priced compared to the many others we have stayed at ......it was the fees that made it this way!

Indian Creek, is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
