Excellent location one block from the beach, with an ocean view down the street from the balcony patio. Very nicely equipped kitchen and living area, and nice to have downstairs secure parking too. I would give 5 stars, except that we had to do some cleaning when we arrived.

We were super happy to havefound this full one bedroom condo just one block from the beach. It came with parking, a very comfortable bed, a big stocked kitchen and a patio with a view of the pier and beach! We wanted a super relaxing retreat, and we got it! There are restaurants to walk to so no need to even get back in the car. And if you like wine tasting, there are beautiful wineries just 15 minutes away. Or, there are a few tasting rooms in town within a few blocks. We walked to the beach and spent most of our time there every day and enjoyed it so much that we added an extra night. The host was super easy to reach and made adding the extra day simple.Looking forward to staying here again soon!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful one-bedroom condo in Avila Beach! The condo was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The covered parking was a huge bonus and made coming and going incredibly convenient.The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to downtown, the beach, restaurants, shops, and all the amenities Avila Beach has to offer. We rarely needed to use our car because everything was so close.The host made the entire experience seamless, and the condo truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-appointed place to enjoy Avila Beach. Five stars all the way!

We were very happy with our stay at this property. It is a great location for the beach, shops and restaurants. The private parking garage was great and even had a bike rack we could lock our scooters to. The rinse station was super convenient and the dumb waiter made it very convenient for getting the majority of our stuff up to the apartment. The apartment itself is very decent size and had all of the amenities we needed. It was clean, but not spotless. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable! We enjoyed sitting out on the patio as well and looking out to the beach/peir. We will definitely consider coming back again! We did not have to contact the host during our stay, so I do not have any insite on that subject.

A Wonderful Place to Stay In Avila Beach

Location was great. Unit was clean. Worked perfectly for us. Nice balance of being by the water and near Cal Poly for those parents visiting students. Parking was secure. Only suggestion would be to have more specific directions on how to get from parking to the unit upstairs, as we had to make a few guesses to find the front door. Thanks.

Slice of Heaven

Clean, cozy, and can’t beat the location! It was such a beautiful spot nestled in downtown. We felt so fortunate to go to the beach and back home for anything we needed. We loved it!

Loved being so close to the beach! We walked to get coffee every morning and then enjoyed it on the balcony. 10/10 will stay here again!
