Recentemente ristrutturato 2 camere 2 bagni con una vista assolutamente spettacolare sul mare, la spiaggia e il molo nel centro di Avila Beach. Questa unit��� può ospitare fino a 6 persone. letto king nel master, regina nella seconda camera da letto e una doppia camera di aero-letto di alta qualit���������������������� per il soggiorno. The property is in a great location to Avila Beach. You can always hear the waves, which makes it extremely peaceful to sleep. Because of the location it does get noisy during the day with beach goers. Overall it is a great place to stay.

Amazing Location and Views!

We came to the Central Coast for wine tasting. This is the perfect house/condo for that! You have an amazing location, view, as well as comfortable beds, and accommodations. Would highly recommend and stay again!

Lovely Property! Very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. We were walking distance to everything and enjoyed the sound of the ocean while we slept. We would love the opportunity to stay again!

Great location

The location can't be beat, the interior is clean and very well-equipped, and lots of space for our family. We enjoyed the fireplace, the balcony, and the convenience of a washer and dryer on site. Highly recommend!

Great weekend!

This place was amazing ! Was here visiting my son in college and this was the most amazing place. Loved watching the sunset in the evenings and having coffee in the morning looking right at the water.

Great view and very clean/updated property

We LOVED staying at this condo, it was updated, clean, balcony was an amazing addition, garage was great for wagon and kids jogger storage, and location could not be better! We will be coming back next year!!

Spring break in Avila Beach

We have stayed at this property two times. The views and location cannot be beat! The property is clean and stocked with everything you will need for your stay. We enjoyed doing the puzzles from the games closet on the rainy days.

The stay was beautiful and we loved everything else about the place except the following concerns:The shelves in the kitchen closet were very heavy and the shelf holders were weak and plastic. My friend (who has a broken toe) was getting something from one of the shelves and all the shelves crashed to the floor. Fortunately, she was not hurtAlso the threshold out of the front door is lifting up and we had to be careful not to trip.Lastly, the front door lock was extremely tricky and we never mastered it.

Very impressive property!

This property is absolutely amazing. The unit was spacious, well decorated and equipped. The location was unbelievable and we loved sitting in the deck and staring at the ocean. We celebrated our sons engagement right down the street on the beach and we loved being so close by. We will definitely be back soon! Thank you!

Great trip, bed bugs :(

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay, the place was beautiful. We did however come home with bed bugs. The beds should be replaced and bedding thrown away.

We had our pest control company out as soon as the guest left the review (how unfortunate they waited almost 2 weeks to tell us anything!) but thankfully there were no signs of bed bugs in the rental property whatsoever. Our housekeepers are trained and get a refresher annually on how to watch for signs of bed bugs as well because they're an extremely serious issue that we want to catch immediately. Many people confuse the bites from sand fleas (which are on all the beaches in this area) with bed bug bites.
