The place is gorgeous and incredibly well appointed, views spectacular, amenities amazing. The only challege we had was the check in email.I was searching my overly inundated inbox for VRBO, and it came direct from the landlord which I later understood went straight to my junk filter. So - IMHO VRBO should carry that same information or initial check in email on the 'Trip' page.It was after calling a human at VRBO that I was connected directly with the owner (who was amazing btw) This feels like VRBO issue that could easily be resoloved in the automated response. The property and the host we're beyond amazing.Curtis.
