A proposito di questa casa: una casa in stile cottage a due piani con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni si trova in una bella e tranquilla comunità - solo un giro in bicicletta per la spiaggia! Ottima zona per bambini !!! Lo sviluppo è lungo il canale Assawoman con accesso diretto e una rampa della barca. Pesce e granchio nelle baie nord e sud! L'unità include 8 biciclette e 4 kayak!
La camera da letto principale è al primo livello, così come la cucina abitabile e il soggiorno aperto. Appena sopra le scale ci sono due ampie camere da letto aggiuntive e un luminoso bagno completo. Questa è un'unità terminale con un grande ponte ombreggiato e molta privacy.

Include l'uso di 8 biciclette, 2 kayak, sedie a sdraio, giochi da spiaggia!

This property was just as advertised - comfortable, well-stocked with amenities (great kitchen supplies and the bikes and kayaks were terrific!), and the owners were very responsive. The location is an easy bike ride to the beach and the canal was great for the kayaks. I would certainly recommend this location to others.

This place has everything our family needs. I especially appreciate the laundry detergent, dish soap, trash bags and other small amenities. The host is very responsive and fixes any problems usually within 24 hours.

Great getaway to the beach! The property was clean and more spacious than in the photos and quiet. Beds comfortable. Easy ride to the beach and easy parking. Kitchen better stocked than any other VRBO we have been to. We only had to buy food. Nice to have outdoor shower. Lots of closet space and full size wash/dry. We did not end up using the bikes or kayaks, but everything is there including life jackets and some fishing gear. Like being at home...would stay again!

Great house, amenities and location! The house was exactly as described and perfect for a beach vacation. Plenty of room and very clean in a quiet community. Bethany Boardwalk and beach were a short (5 min) drive away. Bikes were enjoyed by kids and adults - thank you for the wonderful stay!

The property had EVERYTHING you could possibly need. The owners reached out on check-in day to make sure everything was acceptable, then again on the day of check-out to make sure we had a great stay. No complaints at all from us regarding this property or the owners! Thank you!

The house was in a great community, filled with friendly guests and residents. The property was clean and had everything needed for a stay. The assawoman canal was close enough to walk to. The kids enjoyed nature and fishing. With a five minute drive to the beach, eats, shoppes, and games...

Amazing stay

I love everything about this place. The location, the decor, the amenities...Definitely great for family and friends. We love having bikes and beach equipment available for us. It is such a lovely touch. The only thing I noticed is the house moves a little bit since it is a stilt house. I am not used to it and thought there is an earthquake, haha. Otherwise, we have all amazing things to say, and the owner of the house is awesome and very helpful.

Wonderful

There was a problem with the air conditioning. I contacted the owner and he handled it immediately! That was more impressive since he was in France! The place was clean, quiet and close enough to everything to be fun and away enough to be relaxing!

Beach stay with the masses.

The house was clean and quiet. The bikes were rusted beyond use and the kayaks were full of spiders, mosquitoes and not near the water. So we were unable to use either.

Our house is very private , quiet and relaxing. The beach and downtown Bethany are just a short bike ride away. We include 6 adult size bicycles for your use. Our development also adjoins the canal which connects bays north and south. Two kayaks are provided to explore the beautiful waterways and the large adjoining wildlife areas.
