The community features a large sundeck with beautiful views where there are also ski lockers for each condo so you dont have to worry about hauling your gear back to the condo. The sundeck also features a gas firepit, BBQ grills and picnic tables as well as 2 common area hot tubs. The clubhouse building where you will check-in also houses the community laundry facilities. The property has secure, paid underground parking and a shuttle service during the ski season.

Parking: Parking is limited to 1 vehicle in the paid garage only. The cost is $25/day (discounted to $25/week for monthly stays) and must be paid prior to arrival via the HOA link that we will send via email. There are no free parking options on site. If you are staying during winter, the property does have an on-call shuttle service and is within walking distance to the base of the ski area with dining and shopping options. During the rest of the year, there is a free Steamboat city bus stop nearby.

During the summer this home, like most in the mountains of Colorado, does not have Air Conditioning. The lower level usually stays a very cool and comfortable temperature, the upper level has fans for your comfort. After sun down, the place cools off quickly with a few open windows.
