A generously sized prep area offers a prep sink, wine cooler, Guests can converse while the chefs prepare dinner on the spacious kitchen island with a breakfast bar and undercounter microwave.

The master and four spacious guest suites ensure comfort for the whole family. There are three king beds (the master has a private bath downstairs, there are two king bedrooms upstairs that share a bath), 1 with queen (private bath) and a bunk room for the kids (private bath).

No smoking, no pets, no events. The garage and elevator are off limits to guest use (please reach out if you have a mobility challenged guest we may be able to accommodate special requests). The owners have generously provided several types of coffee makers, a regular drip, Keurig, espresso and press, coffee lovers rejoice!

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
