Overall very good. Electricity jacked up. Some lights and main tv would not work at various times throughout our stay.

A million dollar view but poor interior. Outdated furniture and tired, worn out water faucets. Window treatments were dirty and ill fitted. The balcony floor needed a good scrubbing and the chaise was rusty and old. There was a snowman decoration still out in the living area during the month of June. In desperate need of updating for sure.

We had a great stay overall and really enjoyed our time here. The location is hard to beat—easy beach access, beautiful views, and several restaurants within walking distance made it easy to relax and enjoy the area. The condo was quiet, the air conditioning worked well, and the designated parking spot close to the elevator was very convenient. Check-in and the overall process were hassle-free, and the app with the property guide was easy to use and helpful.There are a few areas that could be improved. If you plan to cook, the kitchen is fairly minimally equipped. We found it was missing basic items like oven mitts, a cutting board, and sharp knives. The towels were clean but noticeably discolored from use. The elevators were somewhat unreliable during our stay, occasionally being out of service or slow, and the interior of the condo could benefit from some updating.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others, especially if you’re looking for a convenient, quiet location with excellent beach access and views.
