Casa a 2 piani su misura elegante e contemporanea. 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni, grandi giardini panoramici fronte e retro, pavimenti in legno, cucina straordinaria e molto altro. 4 posti letto (fino a 6 con futon e letto matrimoniale gonfiabile). Pulito, moderna camera da letto al piano di sotto con un letto matrimoniale. Il bagno è appena fuori dalla porta. Al piano superiore camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e un altro bagno completo adiacente. Un futon nel soggiorno si piega in un letto matrimoniale.
La cucina è moderna e completamente attrezzata, con una sala da pranzo che conduce al ponte posteriore ... perfetto per un caffè al sole del mattino e barbecue pomeridiano o serale. Il ponte anteriore è perfetto per guardare il tramonto della California. Aranci, mandarini e un melograno con tonnellate di frutta in inverno e in autunno, gratuito per gli ospiti. Pianoforte verticale, chitarra acustica e bonghi per le tue attività musicali. Scrivania con altoparlanti per il tuo laptop. Connessione Internet WIFI ad alta velocità, lavatrice e asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, macchina del ghiaccio, acqua potabile filtrata e molto altro!

Il segreto meglio custodito della Baia di San Francisco ... Benicia è un'affascinante cittadina sullo stretto di Carquinez, appena fuori dalla baia di San Francisco. C'è una meravigliosa varietà di ristoranti, bar, negozi di antiquariato e minimarket a pochi passi da casa. Il mercato di un contadino che si svolge in First Street ogni giovedì pomeriggio, è raggiungibile a piedi. Benicia, un tempo capitale della California, è il luogo perfetto da cui esplorare la parte settentrionale della California.

The house is conveniently located to freeways and close to downtown. The backyard is fenced and perfect for dogs. Lots of space to spread out in this tri-level home. Safe, quiet neighborhood and everything you need in the spacious kitchen.

Loved the home & location, a perfect stay!

Completely seamless & a wonderful stay. Very central location in a quiet neighborhood. Felt at home and we all slept well. I'll definitely stay again when we are back to Benicia. Stef was great at responding quickly & there was even a cute little booklet at the property with house info for every question you could think of. We had a great stay.

Perfect Bay Area Location

Lovely home with musical touches

We stayed in Stef's home for a wedding in Benicia and the house was perfect. Loved the Beatles photos. The house is beautifully appointed and has everything you could want. Very comfortable and our dog loved the fenced yard and walkable neighborhood.

We had the best get away in this beautiful home. Stef was amazing and very attentive to all needs and questions. The house is beautiful and well stocked. Very convenient location for our stay. Would absolutely recommend and hope to stay here again.

This property is accurately listed and easy to stay at with your family. The location is great for quick access to grocery, parks and the downtown area. The host was exceptional - responsive, helpful and ensured comfort during our entire stay. I'd recommend this location for a visit to the area or if you're in need of a place to stay if you're displaced from your own local home.

Fun, Safe, Perfect!

This was the perfect place to stay for our family. Very comfortable and easily accessible to all modes of transportation to the city. We quickly acclimated and called this place home! When we weren’t out on an excursion, Benecia provided its own comfort with a variety of shops, restaurants, and views of the water. Everything we needed was right here in this wonderful place to stay!

Welcomed Retreat

Stephan is an excellent host. Home is walking distance to shopping and downtown restaurants and bars, easy freeway access too. The home was clean and inviting. Will make it a regular stop during my visits to the Bay Area.

Great 7-week stay in Benicia!

We had a great time staying at Stef's house with our dog. The home is walkable to 1st St (downtown Benicia), which has lots of cute shops and restaurants, and also close to the freeway. The house is spacious, very clean and comfortable. Stef was very communicative and flexible, including allowing us to check in early. We would definitely return!

Great Staycation!

Property and host were great. Perfect place for us who needed a place close to home while having some work done on our home. One minor issue was that the WiFi and TV service was spotty and did go in and out. Everything else was as described and the home had everything one would need. Great walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Comfortable, immaculate home

This home is exactly as described. Very comfortable, nice lay out and immaculate. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves - loved the games, the yard and the instruments. Comfortable beds and the split level lay out allows for privacy. We plan to return soon. Thank you!

This is a nice house in a nice area. Very clean inside, and a nice kitchen.Back yard needs some TLC, although there is an orange tree and a walnut tree, which was very cool. I would change the description of the property to "tri-level" and not a 2-story. There are LOTS of stairs inside. A set of stairs to get from the main bedroom to the kitchen. Two sets of stairs to get from the 2nd bedroom to the kitchen. A set of stairs to get to the backyard from the kitchen. Also the outside area that shows outdoor furniture, the furniture is no longer there and that area isn't useful for sitting as it is not taken care of.

Amazing place to stay while visiting the Bay Area

Stef's place is wonderful. It has everything you need. It is clean and well-appointed with nice appliances. The location is also terrific. It is in a quaint, historic town where you could feel like a local. It is very relaxing. At the same time, you can easily access the City. It's easy to do day trips to Oakland, Berkeley, and SF. Stef is great at communicating, and he's super accommodating. We stayed about a week and really really enjoyed it. One of the best properties we have stayed at!

Beautiful Home!

My family and I took a trip with one of our friends and their family. We were looking for some place that would be big enough to hold plenty of people. When we first arrived at the home, we were stunned from how beautiful the interior design was. Everything was very well kept, clean and organized. The back and front yards were a great place to just sit and relax. I fell in love with the house while staying there and I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested!

Clean Comfortable Home

We had a wonderfully comfortable stay in this welcoming home. Property was clean, spacious, and easily accessible. It's located a 5 min drive to the historic main street of Benicia. It is a 15 min drive to the Ferry port in Vallejo of which you can hop on a ferry boat for a 1hr trip to San Francisco. Owner is communicative and provided clear house instructions. I chose this property because of it's proximity to my family who lives in Benicia. I will stay here again when I return to visit. Highly recommend.

This property was a great place to call home while we were in town visiting family and friends! It was roomy, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed!!! The kitchen was roomy and was updated. There were plenty of places to hang out in the property. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Stef is very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Benicia or the Bay Area. It was within walking distance to the quaint downtown area and the marina. We would love to stay there again.
