Set on a beautiful 140-acre Pedernales riverfront property just 1 mile from historic downtown, this Hill Country retreat is perfect for unwinding. Guests enjoy a 10,000 sq ft tasting and dining room, indoor/outdoor seating, a putting green, live music, sweeping sunsets, and a true Fredericksburg escape!

Simple, stylish, and comfortable, this tiny home is a wonderful option for a relaxing weekend of wine tasting and Hill Country adventures.

Please note, this cabin is located within a boutique tiny home village, so other cabins may be occupied during your stay.



Cabin 13 shares a front deck with Cabin 14 and can be rented together. Each cabin also features its own private back deck, offering a quiet space to relax and unwind.



If you're considering bringing a furry friend along, kindly be aware we do have a $50 pet fee per pet. Please remember to inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

We enjoyed the property except for one issue with a cheap bed frame. e.g. good location, good rates, clean. The bed frame is a cheap collapsible unit which must have its folding stays (corners and middle) locked in place. This was not done & we were not aware of. After my spouse was in bed, she simply shifted position & the bed frame collapsed. It was both startling & a safety hazard. I went around the bed frame & locked these into place so we could sleep without the frame collapsing on us. There was one stay broken at the foot of the frame (right side). I notified the property to get this fixed asap. I'd also request a process in place to ensure each bed frame is fully assembled and locked before renting the room to guests. This hazard could cause an injury or aggravate an existing one.

We sincerely apologize for the issue you experienced with the bed frame. In all the time we've hosted guests at this property, we've never had an issue with that bed, so we're very sorry this happened during your stay. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention right away. Our maintenance team has already addressed the issue to ensure the bed is secure, and we'll also be adding an extra inspection step to verify all bed frames are properly locked during our quality checks.
