The home comfortably sleeps 6 and includes a fully equipped kitchen, espresso/cappuccino machine, new washer and dryer, cozy fireplace, and fenced backyard. The large patio with water views is perfect for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or winding down in the evening.

Bring the paddle boards and crab pots down to the quiet beach, used exclusively by residents and guests, or explore the peaceful residential neighborhood by bike.

We had a great stay ! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was convenient and close to the water, restaurants, and everything the area has to offer. The host was responsive and made the whole experience easy. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting

What a great property! This is one of our favorite properties we have stayed at. The home was clean, comfortable, and had gorgeous views. We went down to the beach every day with our dogs and sat on the porch each morning with our coffee! Our host was very communicative and answered any questions we had! We hope to come back and stay again!

We were in town for my daughter's wedding and this house was the perfect spot. There was plenty of room for the full bridal party to get ready here along with my family of 6. The house was spacious and the deck overlooking the water was one of our favorite spots! The pre-wedding photos are amazing! Thank you for letting us stay in your home and create wonderful memories!

Six family and friends and one small dog enjoyed this three-bedroom house on Drum Point near Solomon's Island. The kitchen had everything needed to make dinner and breakfasts. We walked the quiet neighborhoods by the bay, waded in the water at the beach, took photos of the trees and birds by the lake, and relaxed on the deck. We appreciated that the Solomon's Island activities and yummy seafood were only a short drive away.

Bryanna & Michael were wonderful hosts from start to finish! Bryanna was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating, and we truly couldn’t have picked a better place for such a special stay. We actually chose this home because of the beautiful little private neighborhood beach—and once we saw it, we knew that was where we wanted to get married! It ended up being the perfect setting for our wedding and made this home an extra-special part of a weekend we’ll never forget.The house was the perfect size for four adults, the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and we absolutely loved the deck and gorgeous view of the Bay. Sitting outside and hearing the water along the beach at night was one of my favorite parts of our stay. The master bed was super comfortable, too—and Bryanna, I seriously need to know where you got those big pillows because they were AMAZING! The home itself has so much warmth and character. My mom especially loved all of the beautiful antique wooden pieces and joked that she needed to rent a truck to take a few of them home with her. Between the beautiful setting, cozy home, peaceful neighborhood, and wonderful hosts, this was so much more than just a place for us to stay—it became part of our wedding memories. We’re so happy we found it and would absolutely stay again.

We’ve always enjoyed creating spaces where people can relax, feel at home, and be close to nature. Whether it’s a weekend escape or a longer stay, we know how important it is to decompress in a comfortable getaway.

We love being near (or in!) the water, watching the herons and osprey fly overhead, and exploring the woodland paths that weave between the bay and Drum Pond. We designed this home to be easy, welcoming, and centered in the beauty of the area.

As hosts, we want you to have a seamless, stress-free stay and leave with great memories. We have provided a list of recommendations for things to do in the area, both around the house and nearby attractions. However you choose to spend your time here, we hope this feels like your own Coastal retreat on the Bay.

Our favorite thing is being so close to the water. Whether you’re into boating, fishing, kayaking, or just enjoying the view, it’s all right here. At the same time, you’re only a short drive from great local restaurants, marinas, and charming small towns like Solomons Island.

For us, it’s the perfect balance of nature, comfort, and accessibility. Guests will feel that as soon as they arrive.

Being waterfront means you’re never far from the view—whether you’re sipping coffee on the deck in the morning or winding down as the sun sets over the Bay. Inside, the house complements that experience: comfortable, welcoming, and set up to allow connection, with an open plan between kitchen, dining, and living room, and ample seating on the deck.
