Excellent home, location easy to reach many Topeka sites. Love renovations made to an older home to preserve original floors. Two senior women felt safe in neighborhood. Family friendly for small family. Good communication with host.

We stayed there for a few days in order to move our daughter into her first year of college. The house was in perfect condition, had everything that we needed, and was in the perfect location. It felt 10 minutes or fewer away from everything. The owner was very accomodating and we would stay there again without hestitation.

This light and bright cottage was comfortable and a beautiful place to call home for the 9 days we were in Topeka. We were in town for my mom's celebration of life. It was a busy, sometimes exhausting, and emotional time. This house met our needs and provided a peaceful retreat at the end of each day. I enjoyed being back in my old neighborhood where I grew up, too.The owners were attentive and easy to communicate with.

Everything was absolutely amazing and exceeded what I expected. I was meeting up with a friend that I had not seen in more than 40 years and we both enjoyed the place. It was centrally located with easy access to everything that we needed. The owners communicated effectively and in a timely manner, that really helped me out because when I got to town, it was raining and I couldn’t find the address on my phone. They were really quick getting back to me and texted me the address so I could get out of the rain and off my bike. I will be staying there again next time I’m in town.

Loved staying a night in this cute house. Honestly wished we could've stayed at least one more night in order to fully enjoy it. Just as pictured and very clean. My daughter said the daybed was very comfortable. Hoping to stay again during future visits.

My daughter and I spent a month in this wonderful home and feel like we really got to know the place. It was meticulously clean and fresh and didn't feel like you were staying in a place that was worn out by a lot of people before you. This home has everything you need, nothing that you don't. For us, it was nice to stay in a place that isn't filled with unnecessary clutter, which definitely enhanced the feeling of cleanliness. Everything was high-end and well thought out: the sheets, towels, cookware, utensils, furniture and even the cleaning products were all top shelf. The attention to detail and maintenance extended to the exterior where the lawn was actually grass and not a weed pit. The plantings were beautiful and the outdoor patio and grill were clean and usable. One of my favorite parts of the house was the basement. It was dry, well lit, and very clean with a painted finished floor and great washer/dryer - the perfect place to store our suitcases for our long visit. We look forward to our next visit to Topeka!
