Nice house with lots of room for guest. Pickleball and pool were nice to have on site as well.Also a great location and walkable to the Florabama and its restaurants.

Overall, the property was in good shape. The amenities were good, but the pictures taken to represent the property were not totally accurate.. the view from behind the building was not the view pictured in the pictures presented online. There was elevator on the property that was not available to us, so this is not handicapped accessible because the owners blocked the use of the elevator.. so if you have small children or older people with disabilities of having problems with stairs, do not rent this property. We have rented other properties like this that have had elevators and they gave us full access.. it does state in property description that elevators were not accessible. It implies there was not one on the property.. the stairs going up to the door and up to the next levels are fairly steep. Other than that, our stay was nice even though the view I’m right behind our building was unsightly. Yes you can see the water from each side view but directly behind you. There is a dilapidated sun deck covering an old RV. There are other RVs that are parked in the lot behind us, but I guess you can’t control who your neighbors are it’s just unsightly.. It would’ve been great to been able to access the elevator because we had two people in our group with knee replacement and two others with disabilities that were hard on with steps..

We like the fact that it was close to the beach. Being pet friendly, we were able to bring our puppies with us. Access to the pool was a plus for the kids. Rooms were clean and spacious. We were able to contact the host with concerns. We are going to try and book the same spot for next year.
