While the location and access to the beach was wonderful, the house left a lot to be desired! I’ve never seen such mold and mildew on ceiling, door frames, in picture frames, etc. my entire family became ill with a horrible upper respiratory illness they we feel most certainly was a result of the mold. The house is very dated. There were ice cream wrappers and a dirty wash cloth under the bed and hair in the shower. It was the 4th of July and we were all set to grill; however the grill was very nasty and barely worked and the propane tank was empty. Fortunately, when I called, they were very responsive and brought us a replacement tank although the guidance I received when I put a written request in was that we needed to purchase it ourselves and request reimbursement. Overall, not a good experience at all.
