Fantastic house. We had 2 families with adult children staying for the UT game from all over the US. Perfect space for everyone to catch up, swim and watch more football! The rooms are in different floors so we all had a place to rest if needed.

Two families reuniting for a UT game weekend sounds like our kind of party! We love that the pool, the football watching, and the bedrooms spread over different floors gave everyone the mix of togetherness and downtime they needed. Go Vols, and come back for the next game!

Beautiful property! A ton of stairs if you have a lot of luggage. Also do not have access to the garage which made it difficult to store our golf clubs. Pool was a perfect temp to cool off after a round. Gorgeous rooms and plenty of space to entertain a group

Cooling off in the pool after a round of golf sounds like the ideal rhythm! We're glad the gorgeous rooms and entertaining space delivered for the group, and we've noted your feedback on the stairs and garage access for future guests. We'd love to host the next golf trip!

Glad to hear the home itself was clean and comfortable for your stay. Since your visit, the windows and patio have received a full clean, and your notes on the parking and garage access have been shared with the team responsible for the home. We appreciate you bringing these to our attention, and we hope to host you again on a future visit.

We stayed at this property in May to celebrate a milestone 50th birthday with a group of college friends, and it was a fantastic choice for our getaway. The home is beautifully designed and thoughtfully laid out for a group. While the finishes may not be ultra high-end, the overall aesthetic feels elevated and very well done. The beds were exceptionally comfortable—everyone in our group commented on how well they slept, which is always a huge win.The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials we needed, and the living room had plenty of comfortable seating for us to relax, catch up, and spend quality time together. It truly felt like a space designed for connection. The property is about a 45-minute ride into downtown Austin, so it’s a bit removed from the action, but that also made it feel more relaxed and private.AvantStay was easy to work with—communication was prompt and responsive whenever we had a question, which made the experience smooth from start to finish.Overall, this was a wonderful stay and a great setting for a special celebration. We’d absolutely consider staying again.

Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful and detailed review — and congratulations on the milestone celebration! We're so glad the home offered the perfect setting to reconnect with college friends, and it's wonderful to hear the layout, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchen all contributed to a relaxing and memorable getaway. We also appreciate your kind words about our team's responsiveness throughout your stay. We'd love to welcome you and your group back for another special occasion anytime!
