In this era of smart TVs and apps, I have been considering packing up the DVD’s thinking guests would watch Netflix and Amazon Prime that has been made available and/or have subscriptions to other things they would prefer to watch. Thank you for letting me know the DVD player and collection is still something guests will use. 😊

Thank you for your review. The bed frames have wooden slats and that contributes to the noise, but taking care of that issue will be in the budget for the upcoming year. I appreciate your comments.

Thank you for your review. I’m not sure if you are referring to the door from the loft to the balcony—-there is and has always been a Roman shade on that door. Just to be sure other guests are aware, the main doors that look out from the living area look across a valley and at a distance across face another mountain. There is a shade and curtains on the screened porch that can be closed and provide privacy to living area however. There are shades in the bedroom where a door leads to the deck.

I wish you would have reached out to me. I ask guests to contact me for anything that needs attention, it is in the information provided and posted. The guests who arrived the day after your stay did not report a problem with the kitchen water or faucet, the cleaning service that has been there twice since you left would have reported it. I reached out to the people there now, they said it is “working just fine.” So I am guessing you may have not have been familiar with the feature on the faucet that allows you to have a spray or a stream, perhaps? For future guests—if you encounter something g like this, please contact me while you are there rather than give me a 4/5 star review. The cleaning crew and I strive to give you a 5 star experience.
