Fall Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice, clean and a good location. We had a nice time enjoying what SD had to offer. Plenty of wildlife in the area as well. We are looking forward to another stay.

We’ve been vacationing in the hills every September for years and this was one of our favorite vacation rentals. The house was stylish and immaculate. We only used the main bedroom but there are two additional bedrooms so room for six adults. There’s a single garage plus an adjoining garage with room for a full size motor home and all your toys. We didn’t have a chance to use the clubhouse or the hot tub as our five days were spent out and about but this would be an excellent spot for a family reunion! Highly recommend!

It’s not often that we can find a rental the could accommodate all of our vehicles!

Relaxing escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love the Powderhouse Pass area!! We ride motorcycles so it was FANTASTIC to have a HUGE garage and a flat place to park!! The space is brand new, so no complaints there. It was really quiet our entire stay. A small area of concern is the shared parking pad. If people done stay on their half, you could get boxed in and stuck in the garage if the people on the other side don’t stay on their half. It would really stink if you needed to leave and the people on the other half were out in their side by side without cell phone coverage. Aside from that detail, it was great and I wish we were in a position to purchase it!!
