Nice house, great location, perfect for our family of 5 adults. The house had everything we needed except for the supplies in the bathroom, like shampoo and body wash, luckily you can buy supplies nearby. We enjoyed our stay, the deck is very nice, it gets shade in the afternoon. I contacted the host a couple of times, and she was prompt and very helpful.

Overall our stay was well. The bedrooms were great. The bathroom were fine with the exception that the rental essential noted that shampoo & basic soaps were included; but both bathroom showers had empty bottles for body, shampoo & conditioner containers. There was a dishwasher but no dishwasher tablets. As stated by many of the previous guest, we also have a leaking frig/freezer in the kitchen for our entire state (cleanup/mopping while we stayed). The propane was low but they brought another propane during our stay. The rental was great for our family that included a toddler. There was a booster chair seat/tray available for us to use at the rental. The outside downstairs shower was great when we came back from the beach to wash off. Communication with Kristi was good before & during our stay.

The house was very clean, neat , organized and comfortable. The stairs were pretty tough because I'm not as young as I used to be, lol. The location was PERFECT distance from the beach. There was a bunch of teens behind us for a couple of days, they stayed up all night partying, yelling, screaming, seriously all night for 2 nights. If it had went on any longer we intended to leave.The Host asked me if the fridge was leaking, I told her we had been mopping water up and sent her pictures but never heard back from her.By our third night it was good.
