Unità ristrutturata nel 2018. Sulla sabbia con vista a 180 gradi di acqua! 2 balconi. Recentemente ristrutturato nel 2018 !! A San Diego è raro trovare A / C in spiaggia, ma abbiamo due unità a / c portatili ciascuna con un raffreddamento di 300-400 piedi quadrati. Sulla tranquilla baia di fronte a una spiaggia proprio di fronte a te e fare surf tutti a pochi passi di distanza. 2 biciclette incluse. Questo è il rifugio perfetto per le vacanze, situato sulla splendida e rilassante baia di Sail / Mission Bay sulla spiaggia, a pochi passi da ristoranti, negozi e locali notturni. Situato direttamente sul lungomare, puoi passeggiare o andare in bicicletta facilmente in qualsiasi punto di Pacific Beach o Mission Beach. Offriamo 2 biciclette situate nel garage. Abbiamo anche asciugamani e sedie da spiaggia inclusi. 0

Questo non è il tuo tipico noleggio beachy chic. Siamo orgogliosi della nostra unità e l'abbiamo arredata con mobili moderni e confortevoli. Abbiamo anche una zona ufficio nell'appartamento, quindi devi solo agganciare il tuo laptop e lavorare dalla spiaggia, se necessario. I bagni e la cucina sono stati tutti recentemente ristrutturati. La cucina del contatore al quarzo è completamente attrezzata con tutti gli utensili, e gli accessori da frullatore, tostapane, caffettiera, pentola per riso, ecc. Godono grigliare sul balcone mentre si guardano le corse jet ski o una cena romantica a lume di candela sul balcone guardando il luci della sera sopra la baia.

Dallo yoga alle tavole da paddle, alla vela della baia ... è tutto nel tuo cortile. Cammina per due isolati fino al surf sulla spiaggia per fantastici tramonti. Wireless gratuito, cavo completo, tre TV e un DVD per quando non si vuole essere in movimento.

Una rarità sulla spiaggia, la nostra unità dispone di 2 posti auto designati con un sacco di spazio extra per tutti i giocattoli da spiaggia. Inoltre, c'è un ampio parcheggio pubblico a breve distanza che rende facile per auto o visitatori extra. L'unità non ha aria centrale ma a San Diego chi ne ha bisogno? I nostri giorni veramente caldi si verificano a luglio e di solito alcuni giorni nel mese. Per quell'evento insolito abbiamo due unità di raffreddamento ad aria portatili. Ogni unità raffredda circa 350-400 piedi quadrati.

We really appreciated the security, location, parking and cleanliness. We were surprised to find it is not a ground floor unit as the picture appears and needed to haul our belongings up the stairs. However, we were above the winter storm sand berm that blocks the view from the ground floor so all as good.

Property was at an amazing location, so close to all the water activities we wanted. Was happy with how clean it felt. It was great and basic in many ways. Would have been nice to have some starter shampoo/conditioner. It was a great home base for our active family.

Listing says there is air conditioning and there is NO AC. Host was also very poor at responding to texts and phone calls. He gave us the wrong garage code and didn’t give us the actual code until the next day. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Dear guest, We are so sorry you experienced challenges in properly managing the portable A/C units. However, you were informed a number of times how to turn on the units and operate them. Most properties at the beach do not have A/c as the cool ocean breeze is enough to cool the property and in the description of the property we disclosed there is no central air. The property was rented all summer with no reported issues. We kindly request that in the future you read through the description of properties you are looking to rent.

This was a fantastic place to stay, the location is wonderful and the condo was very nice and clean. It was decorated well with a fun beachy vibe. The host was wonderful and easy to work with. As far as parking goes, you will get 1 space, make sure you are in a smaller car, anything hanging over the red park line will get a 75 dollar ticket, plus 111 dollar fee. We were lucky we were in a kia telluride (that barely fit behind the red line.) Every morning the SUV and tuck next to us had a tickets, because they were over the red line. So be careful if you have a large car.

Thank you for the review and that you enjoyed the property. We would like to clear any misunderstanding regarding the parking situation. Moving forward from 8/1/26 the garage space is available. Regarding the additional exterior parking area we make this very clear in the description of the property and would like to confirm that cars and most SUV fit within the parking spot. If you have an extra large (over 13 feet ) vehicle there are ample parking spots at the Santa Clara lot which is a 3 minute walk from the property. It allows for overnight parking and it is free.

Beautiful place to stay. Everything was clean, it was easy to access and I really appreciated having dedicated parking. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio watching the fish leap out of the bay, and we even saw dolphins! I would absolutely stay here again.

This is the perfect location for families. The parking situation was very nice. Having so many shops and restaurants so close, you really don't even need to use your car at all. We loved the bay and watching all the water activities going on from the living room balcony. We received all the check in information before we arrived which was great. The only issue I had was that the owner/property manager? (not sure) never responded to my text asking if later check out was an option. I looked at the availability and there was no one scheduled to come for another day and a half. I get that we weren't entitled to it, but just thought we would ask. If not then ok - all good, but to ignore me was rude.

Weekend away

The place was nice and clean. The location was perfect, right on the bay and a very short walk to the ocean side. Lots of great places to eat nearby too!

Perfect vacation spot

Right on the bay, walkable you anything you need, condo has a fully stocked kitchen, warm and inviting decor, clean, beautiful views. Perfect for our family vacation. Would definitely stay here again!

The host made everything right but there were some issues with check in. The check-in instructions were a mess and out of date and the instructions book in the unit was way out of date. Otherwise, the views were amazing, the accommodations were clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

We are currently Florida residents and beaches are our passion. Both of us grew up in Southern California and missed the beaches and the California vibe. Our daughter and her family live here and we decided that we would like to spend part of the year here enjoying the them and San Diego.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Mission Bay or as some call it Sail Bay is so much tranquil than the beach side. You can still be in the middle of all the action on the beach side which is a two minute walk, but if you want to get away from all the activity and find some peace and relaxation then the bay side is for you. The property has been renovated recently and is right on the boardwalk with unobstructed views of the bay. Another very important amenity is parking. One space right under the property is for tenants of the property. Parking spaces are very rare in the beach area. There is ample parking including overnight ( free ) at the Santa Clara lot a 5 minute walk away.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

We love the bay side of Mission Beach because it is more tranquil and quiet than the beach side. It is amazing to be able to enjoy both the beach and tranquility of the bay. Watch the bike riders on the boardwalk and the sail boats sail by as you seat in your bay front balcony. We hope you will love it as much as we do!
