Dopo una divertente giornata in spiaggia, negozi, ristoranti o sale giochi, torna a casa e rilassati! Goditi la vista del tramonto dai gradini anteriori, poiché questa casa è solo la seconda dalla fine della strada senza uscita. Ai bambini piace correre nella palude e raccogliere le lumache nella baia alla fine della strada. Eppure la spiaggia e le attrazioni sono a soli 2 isolati di distanza!

La casa ha un luminoso soggiorno pieno di sole con soffitti a volta, 4 lucernari e ventilatore a soffitto. La cucina e il bagno sono puliti e aggiornati. Questa accogliente casa dispone di 2 camere da letto: una camera per bambini con una serie di letti a castello singoli e una camera dei genitori con un letto full-size. C'è un soppalco recentemente aggiunto che ha due materassi gemelli aggiuntivi.

Questa casa è pulita e in ottime condizioni. Lo usiamo noi stessi quando non è in affitto. Ha un condizionatore unità finestra e calore tutto l'anno. C'è un parcheggio fuori strada per 1 auto.

Questo è un affitto perfetto per una famiglia di 4 o 5 persone. È in una strada tranquilla e senza uscita. I vicini sono proprietari tutto l'anno e la strada è tranquilla.

Non ci sono pulizie per questa casa. Trascorriamo 4 o 5 settimane in estate in questa casa e ci aspettiamo che i nostri affittuari rispettino la casa e se ne occupino. Gli affittuari sono responsabili di spazzare e aspirare i pavimenti e pulire la cucina e il bagno. Ci sono trapunte e cuscini da usare, ma dovrai portare la tua biancheria.

Lovely Home in a great location. I've never been to Hampton Beach and it was a great time. Street was very quiet for how close to everything it was. My dogs loved walking in the marsh. It is a self clean property which I hadnt noticed prior to booking but the house was pretty clean. There were a few issues I had to talk with the homeowners regarding that but they were responsive and hopefully my concerns are addressed for the next guests (the vacuum wasnt working well when i was trying to clean for the next folks). Overall, lovely stay and I would come back! Thank you

We love this place. This is our second time staying here, (weren't able to leave a review the first time, probably user error on my part), Such a great little place. Within walking distance to main area of Hampton but far enough away where you get actual peace and quiet. We travel with our two dogs and often have issues finding a good place to stay with them. This place is perfect we enjoyed being able to take morning walks up to the beach without having to load them into the car each time. The sunsets over the salt march are absolutely spectacular. There is parking for only one vehicle which in our case was not an issue but if you are able to book this place it is something to keep in mind. Honestly though once you park your car you could easily not need it for the rest of your stay. There are several great coffee shops, breakfast places, bars, and stores within walking distance. I was surprised how quiet the neighborhood was. We were within walking distance to the Hampton strip yet the location was very peaceful. I would 100% book again.

This little cottage was perfect for my mom and I for our vacation. And I so appreciated John’s flexibility with our dates and good communication. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook and the location was great. I highly recommend it!

Weekend getaway

Weekend retreat for my fiancé and I. It was cute, centrally located and a short walk from everything you could want to check out. We plowed through our Netflix watch list and enjoyed some of the yummy local food.

We stayed in this cute house for 2 days. Very comfortable and nice quiet street. Beach was right up the street. We had a wonderful time.

Perfect for our needs

This unit answered all own needs. We were 3 adults and one toddler. Only a 5 minute walk from to the beach area which is a plus however we really enjoyed that it was in a very quiet area. The owners were always available to answer any questions we had. We definitely will be renting this unit again without hesitation if our travels take us back to Hampton Beach area.

Great location!

Perfect location for the beach…convenient yet quiet. However, walking in felt like we were intruding on people still staying there. Blankets and pillows everywhere like people just got out of bed, opened food in the fridge, old coffee grounds still in the coffee maker, and just not very clean. It was a comfortable stay after we tidied up and cleaned a bit. “No cleaning fee” I guess should have given it away that we should have expected that maybe? We left it cleaner and neater than when we walked in. Cute place though and we had a nice weekend together.

The cottage is cute. Good location for a walk to the beach. Just know the neighbors are watching your every move. I reached out prior to my visit to ask about parking for additional cars. I prepaid for parking. My son arrived, was there for 20 min to drop his stuff off and use the bathroom. We were then at dinner and I received a text and a message through the website reminding me we could only have 1 car there, which is all we had. When my boyfriend arrived to drop his stuff off ( He was only there for 10 minutes tops) the following day, the neighbor came over to tell him there was already a couple staying there, but it was my son and myself. It was a little uncomfortable.

Hampton Beach Seafood festival

We loved the condo it was big enough to visit with family and friends after spending the day at the seafood festival. Quiet dead end street. Close to some good restaurants LStreet cafe: the goat and Bernie’s to name a few. It was a bit of a walk to get to the festival. But was easy access to the beach for relaxing in the sand without a lot of people around you. We would be back next year. The owners did state that there was no house keeping and trust the folks staying there would clean up when they leave. We had to sweep and clean the floors upon arrival. We also made sure that the place was nice and clean for the next person. We left on a Monday so was asked to have the garbage cans out on the street for the sanitation department to pick up. We would be back again.

What? Who rates this house a one star? This is our second home and we love it here. We spend much of the summer here as we are two teachers with teenage children. Never heard from this group or what their issues were but this rating is crazy. If you’re looking for a cute and cozy beach house that’s enjoyed by a real family all summer, please consider our house. It’s only available in late august and September since we spend our summers here.

Cozy cottage, much larger than it looks!

My friend and I (and pup!) had a great time at this cozy cottage that is much larger than it appears. The living area had plenty of room and lent itself well to watching movies or playing games when the weather was less than cooperative. The vaulted ceiling and skylights added to the spaciousness and beds in the loft (and bedrooms) were surprisingly comfortable. The location was perfect for watching sunsets and walking distance to some fun bars and eateries that offered outdoor dining and midweek entertainment. Will definitely return next summer!

Our family has 3 kids ages 4, 6, and 8. They love coming to Hampton Beach. They love to walk 2 blocks to the beach or to play mini-golf. They also love to walk down the end of the street and play in the bay.

We have been renting a house in Hampton Beach for many years and love it! We are excited to go there year round.
