Perfect location and cost effective, considering you’re steps from the sand and ocean. Located a short walk from multiple dining and shopping establishments. Spacious and clean condo for cooking and entertaining. Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a large 4th floor open air balcony.

Lovely condo. Very clean and well stocked. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful view. The only thing we didn’t like is it is a top floor unit so there isn’t any shade on the deck until evening.

Beautiful view of the ocean. Nice places to eat within walking distance. King Street shopping less than 30 minutes away. Rainbow Row just minutes away. We had a very enjoyable experience.

Great location! Beachfront. Staff was helpful and responsive. My only comment is it would have been nice to have salt and pepper available in the kitchen. It would have been a waste to buy it for the few days we were there.

It was the perfect location for our stay on Folly Beach! On the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Lots of parking. It is on the 4th floor. There is an elevator. They provide shopping carts for carting your luggage and supplies.Both the bedroom and living room have doors that open to the spacious balcony.

Great view and nice table & chairs to enjoy it with. 2 Coffee Makers but filters only for 1. Only 2 dishwasher pods provided for a 5 day stay with 4 people. Cleanliness of bathrooms, specifically showers was not good.

Great Location at Folly Beach. Condo is in walking distance to many restaurants and the view of the beach is absolutely beautiful.

My mom, sister, niece and I stayed and we had a great time visiting Charleston and relaxing at the pool or beach. It was a great location to walk to restaurants and easy drive into Charleston. Would stay their again and highly recommend it!.
