Buon 100 ° compleanno nel Grand Canyon National Park! Che posto storico PERFETTO per trascorrere il tuo viaggio ... Questa bella dimora storica è stata originariamente costruita nel 1893 ed è stata completamente restaurata e rimodellata nel 2013. Tutte le comodità sono moderne, tutto il fascino è storico. Due letti king size, una matrimoniale e una doppia accolgono piacevolmente i gruppi. Cucina completamente attrezzata e lavanderia incluse. Wi-fi gratuito, Netflix, TV satellitare, caffè, fiori freschi, sapone da bucato, articoli da toeletta di alta gamma, cucina completamente fornita, fino alle spezie di Penzey fornite!
Giardino delle erbe estive. Alberi da frutto (mela, susina e pera). Bellissimi giardini stagionali. Ampio cortile, grill e patio invitano a rilassarsi con la famiglia e gli amici. La posizione ti permette di CAMMINARE quasi ovunque. Gli appassionati di storia apprezzeranno le foto e gli artefatti esposti in casa. Soggiorna in una delle case più iconiche di Williams, che è stata descritta nella rivista Flagstaff Mountain Living Magazine, This Old House e The Williams News, così come in The AZ Daily Sun. When our family walked into the home, the first word that our daughters said is "it's beautiful." It is a lovingly decorated historic home with nice touches in every room, and it was also very comfortable for our family. The hosts were helpful and responsive, and we got exactly what we expected from the home. It is also within easy walking distance of downtown Williams and the historic Route 66. Thank you!

Awesome comfortable place!

Our family came up to do the Polar Express and truly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous historical house. The location is awesome (walk to Safeway and downtown) and the large rooms had plenty of space for our group. We plan on making this a family tradition!

Stayed with our family of 5 that included my 80 year old mom. She loved this house with all the historic detail. Good location with walking distance to Safeway and Dairy Queen, which the kids loved. Plus the easiest check out list we have had in awhile :)

Vacations don’t get better than the Historic Yellow House

Our family trip to the Historic Yellow house in Williams exceeded our expectations in every way! Excellent location, amenities, communication and attention to little details such as welcome notes and decor helped us enjoy our time and create lasting memories. The perfect home away from home to enjoy a 4th of July weekend in Williams. Thank you so much for making this much needed vacation amazing!

Bachelorette Party Weekend

There were 4 of us on this trip and this house was absolutely amazing. We each had our own room with plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable. The photos throughout the house are a really cool way to explore the history! We will definitely be renting from here again if we go to Williams!

This place is a gem!

Rented for a trip to Grand Canyon with friends. We all had our own bathrooms which is great! Everything you could possibly need was available and the owner was always quick to respond to questions! We will back!

Just Perfect

Our stay at the Historic Yellow House was just perfect. The home is beautiful and comfortable. This host has thought of everything and added many special touches. It is walking distance to Dairy Queen and that became our evening ritual. We highly recommend this lovely home.

The Perfect Escape

This beautiful historic home, which has been thoughtfully restored, has everything you need to retreat from everyday life. Each room in the home is exquisitely decorated. At the same time, the house has all the modern amenities you would need or want.

Williams getaway

This gorgeous historical property was just as described. The house was clean and welcoming when we arrived, with beautiful holiday décor throughout. Every room is cozy and inviting. The beds are very comfortable. A 5-star review is just not enough to accurately describe how wonderful this house is.

Lovely and comfortable stay

The fireplaces were welcome on the cold nights. We really liked the historic pictures and memorabilia in the cabinet upstairs. The beds were comfortable and it was a quiet place to stay. This was helpful after spending our days hiking and driving back and forth between area sights. We wished we could have moved the lodging with us to our next stay in Sednona. The kitchen had everything we needed including sharp knives (which we almost never find in rentals). There were fun games for the kids to play too. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved the Historic Yellow House in Williams.

This is the perfect place to stay! Kerry-Lynn was so welcoming and always available when or if we needed anything. We traveled from here to Sedona, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon. We saw so many places the week we stayed here and totally recommend staying in this beautifully restored home and traveling from here to see all of the sites in the area. You will not be disappointed. When you come, make sure you have breakfast at the Pine Country restaurant in Williams. The people there are so friendly and courteous, the food is delicious and the coffee is served in huge mugs. We loved it!! Thank you so much Kerry-Lynn for sharing your home! We loved it!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Payce is managing for the owners, Scott and Abby. Scott and Abby fell in love with and purchased the Historic Yellow House in December 2021. The Historic Yellow House was owned by the same family for 93 years! Before that, it served as the bunkhouse and supervisor's office for the Saginaw & Manistee Lumber Mill. The rich history of the home and the area are fascinating. The previous owner’s (The Moede’s) watched the beautiful property fall into disrepair, and decided they had to do something. They bought the home in 2012 and carefully dis-assembled the entire property saving everything historic they could. Re-claimed wood, original floors and amazing stonework still remain. Artifacts and photos abound in the home. Charm and comfort of a bygone era welcome guests. A perfect 'summer cottage' in a wonderful mountain community. Scott and Abby look forward to starting new family traditions and memories in the Yellow Hose and want to share this special home with others as well.

The home is historic but the creature comforts are all fully modern! 800 thread count sheets, quality beds, comfortable chairs and reading nooks, fantastic kitchen, bright clean laundry room, fireplaces, original art, good books, games, tvs, Wi-Fi, grill, patios, gardens, fruit trees, off-street parking and the most convenient location in the middle of everything.
