Great location and great lodging. Have had other rentals nearby in tybee and they do not compare to this. Short walk from mid beach.

10/10 recommend staying here. We booked this property for a quick family trip. Absolutely loved the property and being on Tybee Island. House was comfortable for my family of 5. I would come back again.

Charming little apartment. Loved the location and the easy walk to the beach. The only challenge for me was navigating the stairs. It was a challenge to get my suitcase up and down and when it rained, they were a little slick.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. This is a charming, cozy apartment, perfect for three adults (one married couple plus a mother in law). Nothing fancy, but super clean and great mid-beach vibe. No dishwasher, which wasn’t a problem for us.

We had a wonderful mother-daughter getaway at Porch Light Perch! The rental was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially loved how close it was to the beach—it made it so easy to spend time by the water without having to drive. Overall, it was the perfect place to unwind and make special memories together. We would definitely stay here again!
