A Timberline G3 in Sunrise Village, è davvero 'avere tutto'. Sunrise è una zona ideale per famiglie, coppie e gruppi che vogliono trascorrere il tempo sulla neve, pur offrendo un facile accesso alla famosa vita notturna di Killington strada di accesso della zona.

Timberline G3 offre una posizione impareggiabile-it è l'unità più vicina a qualsiasi ascensore ovunque in tutta la località, così sarete in grado di andare e venire sul monte, testa indietro per il pranzo o una pausa, non preoccuparsi di parcheggio, tirare il tuo sci gear, o far cadere i bambini fuori. Non hai nemmeno bisogno di un biglietto ascensore per cavalcare Alba, ed è un luogo ideale per insegnare ai vostri amici e familiari.

La nostra unità è stato recentemente ristrutturato e dispone di 4 camere da letto che possono ospitare comodamente 10 persone su tre livelli (ma ci sono posti letto per 12). Vanta due cucine, vasca idromassaggio, sauna e un sacco di spazio comune. La maggior parte dei letti sono stati sostituiti dicembre 2014.

Dopo una giornata di sci, equitazione, o qualsiasi altro bene di attività all'aperto di Killington, rilassarsi nella sauna dell'unità o nella vasca idromassaggio o la testa al centro benessere dell'hotel. Siamo a pochi passi dal rinnovato di recente cadute Brook Health Spa Common. Le sue caratteristiche e servizi di lusso includono una piscina coperta, vasche idromassaggio interne ed esterne, bagno turco e centro fitness.

Durante la stagione invernale comodamente rilassarsi e godere di un boccone da mangiare al ristorante & lounge, situata al piano superiore della Clubhouse, immersa in uno splendido scenario montano. Non sciare? Sunrise Village offre anche attività complementari come il pattinaggio su ghiaccio sul nostro stagno, racchette da neve, sci di fondo e sulle battute e non battute sentieri, che si trova a Falls Brook Common.

Fabulous First Visit to Killington

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunrise Village. We were a family of 4 with adult children. Location was great, loved the sauna, the downstairs area provided extra room for remote working for our kids, the kitchen was stocked, bedding was comfortable and most importantly, the property manager responded promptly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Long ski weekend

Brought my family and 4 of my son’s friends all in their 20’s for their first time at killington. Joel’s ski in ski out was a big hit. And we had great conditions. The condo is well stocked and very comfortable.Would not hesitate to book again.

Great Ski Getaway

The place was comfortable, clean and spacious, and conveniently located on the Sunrise section of the resort. Needs substantial snow cover to be ski on/off, but a 3 minute ride to the larger Bear Mountain area. Our host was friendly and accommodating. We had a great weekend.

Enjoyed

This is our second stay at Joel’s condo. His improvements to the lower floor are very nice and made a lot of sense. We enjoyed the location and condo once again. Joel continues to be very thoughtful and helpful. A great place to get away, relax, and have fun. We also got some late season skiing in for those of us who enjoy the slopes.

Great ski weekend stay

The condo was absolutely gorgeous top to bottom and had a surprising amount of space. The bathrooms were really nice, spa-like, and even had a a hair dryer and a flat-iron. Kitchen was well stocked and functional. Killington was beautiful and the ski in ski out was really convenient. Just download a trail map it's a big mountain and we got a bit lost trying to get back but enjoyed every minute of it. Joel was really awesome and responded to all my questions really quickly. Great property! Can't wait to go back.

An april blizzard, an earthquake, a solar eclipse, a power outage, yet a great stay

Character reveals itself when adversity hits. We came up to an april snowstorm that dumped over 25 inches of snow. Naturally the roads can be a bit harrowing in those conditions, but Joel gave us a heads up and management shoveled a path for us earlier in the day that made everything passable. Unfortunately, the area does tend to lose power, and our first day we had a ~12 hour blackout. There was an alarm that went off we had to deal with, a WFH guest who missed meetings, and had to drive to the other side of the mountain for the day. Joel was nice about it an comped us a day without us asking. The weekend was unbelievable, the ski in ski out is a ~5-7 min walk with some hill, you can ski back through the woods easier. The place was huge. There’s essentially another bedroom in the basement, a beautiful fireplace with complementary wood, updated kitchen, giant sauna. Its a great place. There was an earthquake in the area that we did not feel, but with the looming eclipse we were a bit apprehensive about the end of the world. Yet, the place felt like the spot to be if that was going to happen. The eclipse ended up being awesome, we went over to K-1 for the watch party with live music and great vibes. The world did not end, and we are excited to come back, and thank Joel for his hospitality through a stay with some non ideal situations that still managed to deliver happy guests. Just check if sunrise is open and be careful with WFH during snowstorms

Ski weekend

Beautiful property with wood fire and sauna. Comfortably held 6 adults and skis. Private chef came with no issues using the modest kitchen. Ski in/ski out had about a 10 minute walk in gear for a snowboarder to the lift.

Everything made easy. Joel, the host, was super responsive and property was just as advertised. Easy access to Bear Mt. base area. Condo was very comfortable and had everything you need for a relaxing family ski vacation.

Perfect ski house

This place was fantastic. Best place ive stayed in Killington by far in terms of layout, cleanliness, location. Joel was super responsive and helpful. We were talking about how this place would be great for families with kids because the basement and main floor both have great hangout areas. House has more space than pictures showed as well. 10/10

Great stay, lots of room, easy trail access

Stayed with a group of 8 adult family members for 3 nights in late February 2024. Lots of room for us to be together and separate during our stay. The place was clean and accurately described. Lots of stairs. Loved the sauna! Easy access to the Sunrise chair in order to ski Killington trails. We brought all our food and there was plenty of place to store it with 2 kitchens. Nice to have the lower level family room as a second gathering space.

Family favorite!

This condo was perfect for our group - two families including four teens! The condo is beautiful, well stocked with a perfect floor plan. Easy ski in/ski out, in-condo sauna, plenty of space to hang out after skiing, and access to the pool was icing on the cake. Highly recommend!

Spectacular Property

The owner of the property Joel is awesome - he responds immediately to any questions! The condo is spectacular, immaculately clean and tremendous! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook - lots of pots, pans, flatware, dishes, bowls etc!! There were 7 of us - Me (age 59) and 6 others ages 25-33. There is so much room, 3 levels, the living room and dining room view of the woods is incredible! It is at the end so you are right near the trail to ski down to the sunrise triple. We absolutely loved the place. It also had plenty of paper towels, tp, tissues, clean towels etc! 🏂⛷️❤️Jean M, Brookfield , CT

I'm a father of two, who recently relocated from New York City to Washington DC. We only make it up a couple of times a year because the it's a long trip and my kids aren't necessarily into being in the car. So I'm happily making our home away home available to you!

Location, Location, Location. And comfort. You will be literally steps away from the Sunrise Lift which offers easy access to two free trails that the community owns, as well as connections to Bear Mountain. When you come back, you can take advantage of our in-unit hot tub and sauna or go to the community pool and spa.

Located across three floors, it's easy to divide between adults and kids with separate entertainment areas for both.

We recently updated kitchens, baths, and most of our furniture. It's super comfortable an we hope you like it as much as we do.

Our favorite parts of the home:

– the decks which offer amazing views of the Vermont mountains every season of the year
– the lower level—wet bar/kitchenette, entertainment center, sauna, (perfect after a long day of skiing, snowboarding or mountain biking) and two person shower—which feels like another wing and gives some separation when you have a lot of guests.
– The kitchen and bar which was recently renovated and has seating for four
- free snowshoe and x-country ski rentals to use on our community's groomed trails
- onsite bar and restaurant great for weekend lunch and dinner
