Benvenuti a Casa JR, un condominio tranquillo, pulito, completamente arredato, 3 BR, 2. 5 bagni con tutto ciò che si può desiderare. La spiaggia è a pochi metri di distanza. Piscina proprio fuori dal condominio. Rilassati nel condominio, in ristoranti o bar locali o in spiaggia. Osserva la foresta pluviale, prova le zipline o vai a cavallo sulla spiaggia o alle cascate.

Il condominio è completamente arredato con lavatrice, asciugatrice, aria condizionata e una cucina completamente attrezzata. Letti comodi con lenzuola di qualità. Grandi armadi in ogni camera. C'è un comodo soggiorno per serate rilassanti. Meno di due minuti a piedi lungo la strada per la spiaggia. Proprio fuori dalla porta sul condominio si trova una piscina sicura per bambini e famiglie. C'è anche un patio con una griglia per mangiare all'aperto. Internet wireless ad alta velocità, TV e lettore DVD. Il condominio ha anche un telefono in cucina e camera matrimoniale.

Samara è una città balneare unica in Costa Rica. È il paradiso in terra. Casa JR si trova nel centro della città, con panetterie, bancarelle di frutta fresca, ristoranti deliziosi ed economici tutti a due minuti a piedi. È il migliore di tutti i mondi - tranquillo e silenzioso e nel cuore di questa piccola città balneare.

Altre bellissime spiagge sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. C'è passeggiate a cavallo sulla spiaggia, immersioni subacquee, snorkeling, kayak e surf proprio in spiaggia.

La città ospita anche una scuola di lingue e una scuola di massaggi. C'è una palestra interna / esterna in città con lezioni giornaliere. Inoltre, diverse scuole di yoga e spa in 30 minuti di auto.

What a gem of a place! We absolutely loved our stay in Samara and the condo was perfect. We needed for nothing as the owners had thought of everything. Going to the beach was great with all the beach kit provided including umbrellas and body boards! My daughter's loved jumping in the pool on return from the beach. Highly recommend this condo.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. It was a little slice of paradise in paradise!The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms spacious and the stock of necessities included everything you could possibly need for inside and out. The beach chairs, boogie boards, tote bags and a wagon to transport it all made the quick walk to the beach a breeze. Communication with the owner was smooth and friendly, they even offered to refund the cost of a supply that had run out. We would 100% recommend this rental for your trip to Samara and will be hoping it is available if we return ourselves.

This condo was wonderful for our family. We had a family of five and a family of three stay here and we had plenty of space. So nice to have three bathrooms! The pool was wonderful and the central location made it so easy to do a quick walk to the beach or to the grocery store. I will definitely come back and this is where I would stay!

This property has literally everything you could possibly need and more! From beach equipment, Alexa speakers and a fully functional printer. Paul was very responsive. It is an easy walk to the beach (in fact my family of 6 including young children only drove the first time) and there is plenty of stores and restaurants/bars nearby. The traffic from the road was fine but on the weekend the karoke bar across the street was a little loud , but to be honest my kids and I got a kick out of it. The restaurants are pricey and the place is a tad touristy but there is an affordable grocery store too houses down and Paul's condo has everything you need to cook a nice meal. My kids absolutely loves the LED lights in the pool and having plenty of bathrooms. The a/c worked great as did the wifi. If your looking for a walkable, convenient and comfy home near the beach in Samara this is the spot for you!

Great location right in the middle of town and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. There is a grocery store next door and lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood. The Casa JR had everything needed for a family of 4 and a great pool area. The host was quick to respond to any questions or requests. Highly recommend this property for a stay in Samara.

This was perfect for us, we were traveling with our son and his 2 daughters. It was very clean with all the comforts of home. A short walk to cafes, restaurants and the beach. In town however very quiet. Will definitely consider a stay here again!

This place had every freaking thing you could ever need to enjoy vacation. We stayed at 9 other places and theh didn't have a tenth of what was here. No need for extra store trips for soap. Phone chargers everywhere. They thought of everything.

Thank you. We do try to provide everything needed, and are open to any additional suggestions to make your stay as comfortable, relaxing, and stress-free as possible. We recently added a printer (wi-fi accessible) and a monitor for use by guests. And, we also added a refrigerated water cooler with 5 gallon water containers (with additional 5 gallon water jugs) to keep everyone hydrated. So...thank you. I have repeatedly said - we love Samara, our experience is that Costa Rica is among the safest and most peaceful places to visit- and we hope all our guests have a similar experience. Thank you. Great place and great beach

The place was as advertised, clean and comfortable. Close to the beach and multiple restaurants. The owner and manager were super helpful with travel. Noisy at night but always quiet by 10.

Paul and Katie have two adult daughters. We are both psychologists and enjoy traveling and exploring. We have not traveled as much during the last five years but now that both our children are out-of-college we are looking forward to more travels.

We purchased the property on our first visit to Samara. We instantly fell in love with the town and the community. Everything we could want is here - beach, language school, great and inexpensive restaurants, friendly community, and very safe. children.
