We loved the location, convenient to local attractions. The house was just as advertised beautiful. The price is a bit high, but the overall experience was fantastic. The beds were nice and comfortable, but I felt the rest of the furniture was nice but a little too formal. would absolutely stay again.

This VRBO was an absolute haven after many hours on the road! The room was incredibly cozy, and the bed gave me the best night's sleep. It has a wonderfully stocked kitchen with great coffee, and a cozy living room setup that was perfect for a “settle down” movie night. The location is excellent and close to everything on Main Street. I took in a glance at the Arkansas River from the park bridge and had to check out the whitewater surf wave. Rebecca was a fantastic host and recommended a spectacular spot for dinner, a 10 minute walk from the house. I would absolutely stay here again!

This home was amazing!! Rebecca is a very considerate host! She thought of everything that maybe needed and had extra things just incase. The rooms were set up so beautifully with several pillows for all your needs. There were games for inside and out, even had bikes! The backyard space was also nice and rocking chairs on the front porch that were great to watch the rain we had in the evening. Not only is it comfortable it is so close to everything. Main Street was a really nice area with stores and eateries. The river is right there with a nice e walking path with tubing and everything you may want for an early morning stroll. We rafted down the gorge and it was 6 miles to where we needed to meet them.So many wonderful things about this property. I’ll definitely keep it as somewhere to come back to. Thank you Rebecca

Charming Victorian in an amazing location for sights and activities in the area. This is a wonderful property for a family or small group.
