Donna is very helpful and available anytime you need her. Room is as described. Short walk to the beach. Fitness center has broken equipment and isn't working but there are hand weights, treadmill and elliptical you can use. The resort felt very safe, quiet, and it's very well kept.

Hi Candiss. Mark and I are so very glad you enjoyed your stay. The fitness center has been a work in progress since the hurricanes flooded the property. We are waiting on a few more parts that have been ordered by our Operations Manager there on property to get all of our equipment in the fitness center up and working again for our guests to enjoy. Condo was in great location. Pool was very well taken care of with lots of chairs. Condo was very well stocked with everything we needed including things for beach. Donna is the easiest person to work with. Would definitely stay again if ever back on Anna Maria!

The condo was well stocked with items for the beach (wagon, chairs, sand toys, beach towels). Donna was amazing with her communication to make sure that we felt at home. Our son enjoyed the proximity to the pier for daily fishing. We also enjoyed the tennis court. Our kids loved the pool, but it only seemed to actually be heated for 1 of the days we were there, to no fault of Donna. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent location and amenities in the heart of it all on Anna Maria Island. This was our first trip to the island and we will definitely be back! The condo was exactly as presented and fully stocked with everything we needed! Towels, linens, beach and pool gear, all the kitchen needs, and games galore! Enough to host an epic game night with neighboring teens which became one of the highlights of our trip! Easy access to the bay side pier and quick trek across the street to the beautiful beach. Pool was never overcrowded. Easy and relaxing. Hosts couldn't have been nicer or more communicative. Will definitely book again when we're in the area!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Anna Maria Island property! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and relaxing.The home was clean and well-maintained. It’s clear the owners take great pride in the property, as every room felt cozy and inviting. The location was great! We were just a short, easy walk to the beach, making it simple to catch the sunset every night without any hassle. The host was fantastic—very supportive and quick to respond to any questions we had. They provided clear instructions and made us feel truly welcome.

Wonderful stay at runaway bay

This was our first time staying at Runaway Bay. I was surprised at how quiet the grounds were with the amount of condos. This place is right near the bay which was so convenient to walk to and watch for dolphins. All the beach equipment you could need and felt like “home.” We had a wonderful time!

Spring Training Trip

Perfect for small family

This was our third visit to this Donna's condo at Runaway Bay. The condo is the perfect size for our family of 5, and the location is wonderful with close access to the pool and the beach. Donna is wonderful to work with, and the condo is very clean and beautifully decorated! We will be back again!

The condo is beautiful and very spacious. Everything needed for a great and relaxing vacation is provided in the condo. The location is great and close to many restaurants serving delicious food. The beach is a short 3 to 4 minute walk. Donna provides excellent information about the area and communicates on a regular basis both prior to and during the stay. This condo is a wonderful unit for a relaxing vacation at the beach!

Great Family Vacation Spot!!

The condo was in a perfect location and an ideal spot for a quiet and restful vacation with your family. The beach is a short walk and the pool was well maintained and had plenty of chairs for all the guests as well as areas of shade and umbrellas. The condo had plenty of room and stocked with everything you could ever need. The owners have a very efficient process to welcome you to their condo and ensure your stay is everything you want it to be. Will definitely rent from them again. We had a wonderful time!!

Week in Paradise

Thia property is located 10 minutes walking distance to the beach. It's a cozy decorated beach condo that made the whole family feel at home. The pool area is great for the kids and BBQs are placed thru out the property. Due to the COVID19 the place was a bit unpopulated but it added to the relaxation. There are plenty of restaurants near by for every budget. Thank you Donna and Mark for letting us share a piece of your paradise.

We really enjoyed our stay at Runaway Bay. Donna's condo was perfect, all you needed was your clothes. They provided everything else chairs, umbrella, wagon, you name it they provided it. Highly recommend renting from Donna. She went above and beyond!!

Wonderful Property and location!

Beautiful Condo and great location on the Island! Everything needed for a great day at the beach is provided – beach umbrella, beach chairs, cooler, towels, beach wagon, water toys and more. The condo has easy and walkable access to a pier overlooking the Bay where we saw beautiful sunrises along with dolphins on a couple of occasions. The beach on the Gulf is a very short walk from the condo and the sunsets are breathtaking. Donna was a wonderful host and was always available for questions.

Runaway Bay

Great condo and pretty good location. Only issue was condo air conditioning not evenly distributed, and master bedroom never got cool. It was miserable sleeping conditions all week.

Hi. I am so sorry that you were not comfortable at the condo. Our AC unit is very new, and constantly maintained with it blowing ice cold air. Our master bedroom also has a ceiling fan and there is a floor tower fan as well. We have not had any issues reported from past guests and I apologize if you thought the bedroom was warm. Other vents in the condo may have been adjusted to allow more flow to that room if needed. Lowering the AC temperature down to a comfortable setting for you is also a suggestion. We do hope to welcome you and your family back again to the condo one day.

Great Condo & Owners!!

Christmas of 2022 and we had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean, well maintained and decorated nicely. The owner, Donna has this condo well stocked with all the things you would need for your stay including beach accessories. Donna was also very on top of our reservation and made a point to keep us very informed of all the condo instructions. She also went above and beyond by sending us an email with all the things to do on and around Anna Maria Island as well as their links. I would highly recommend staying in this condo and working with Donna on any future trips to the island. The Moelker Family
