La nostra villa si affaccia su un campo da golf in una tranquilla zona residenziale, lontano dalle principali destinazioni turistiche (33 miglia a nord di Tampa e 66 miglia a ovest di Orlando) - è il luogo ideale per una vacanza tranquilla e rilassante pur rimanendo a breve distanza in auto da le principali attrazioni. C'è una grande piscina riscaldata (28 'x 14'), un ampio lanai per la vita all'aperto e una spiaggia eccellente a soli 15 minuti di auto. Ci sono altri 14 campi da golf nelle vicinanze - perfetti per gli appassionati di golf.

L'aeroporto internazionale di Tampa è a soli 45 minuti tramite la Suncoast Parkway, mentre il viaggio per Orlando dura 90 minuti. Una vasta gamma di ristoranti, negozi e supermercati si trovano a cinque o dieci minuti di auto e la spiaggia di Pine Island è a soli 15 minuti di distanza. L'intera area è meravigliosa per la vita selvaggia - sedersi sul lanai e guardare gli uccelli che si nutrono o avventura più lontano e vedere lamantini in natura, alligatori e molto altro ancora.

Perfect Home for Christmas Vacation
We had the absolute best stay at Liz + Ed’s beautiful home in Spring Hill to celebrate my son’s 10th Birthday and Christmas with my husband’s family who also lives in Spring Hill. The house was impeccably cleaned and organized. Prior to the trip, Liz and Ed provided us with detailed information on not only the home but with surrounding restaurants and things to do. Although we are very familiar with the area from visiting family, it was still so appreciated! Ed and Liz were wonderful with communicating with us not only before, but during our stay to make sure everything was going well. The house is conveniently located to all the shops, including Publix which is where I do most of my food shopping. It’s also close to Pine Island Beach which we love. My son loves going to Bayport to walk on the docks and see all the boats - there is always a gorgeous sunset too! We did a day trip to Busch Gardens in Tampa for my son’s Birthday - which was so much fun and only an hour away! We spent a good amount of time outdoors and in their heated in ground pool. The pool temp was perfect and so nice during the “cooler” Florida days. It is beyond peaceful when relaxing on the patio. It’s super spacious, plenty of seating for when we had some family over for Christmas Eve, the Weber grille worked great and it was nice having the pool bathroom right there! I could go on and on! It was perfect for our family and we cannot wait to visit again. Thank you Ed and Liz for everything!

Amazing Home!!!
This home was amazing. The host was amazing. Their home was very clean. Beds were super comfortable! They had smart TV’s so we could access Netflix on the rainy days and at night! Pool was our family’s favorite part! There is some beautiful Florida springs close by. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic villa!
We have been staying in the area for around 30 years now and out of all the rented villas we have stayed this is by far the best! Very clean, spacious family villa. Children’s pool fence was already up and waiting after I spoke to the hosts and asked about one for my 1 year old. Fantastic hosts very helpful and would love to stay here again!

RENT THIS HOME :) !!!!
This home has EVERYTHING you need/want multiplied by two! The living area is bright and open. The kitchen is open to the living area, which is a huge plus for those of us in the kitchen often :). The pool and patio is top notch for sure, and has plenty of comfortable chairs, rockers, and lawn chairs. Big bonus that the pool area overlooks the owner's manicured lawn, public land, and a public golf course - aka 'no backyard houses'. The bedrooms are spacious, having three bathrooms was a plus, the washer/dryer worked great, the garage is immaculate, and the quantity of books and movies will amaze you. We would love to rent again, it was difficult to leave.

Fantastic Florida Vacation
This property was perfect for our needs. Affordable, beautiful, well stocked and comfortable! We found the hosts detailed information on the surrounding area, attractions, restaurants and town very helpful to plan our vacation. The hosts gave us thorough operational details about the house that made it a breeze to find and use the amenities. Liz and Ed were prompt in replying to all questions before our visit, and during our stay communicated with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would gladly stay here again!

Cozy and spotless!
This was one of my favorite Vrbo stays! I rented Ed and Liz’s home for thanksgiving week while visiting relatives in Spring Hill for the holiday. The 3 bedroom home was very comfortable for myself, husband and 4 kids (3months -7yrs). From the start it was a wonderful experience, I had a conversation with Ed upon booking and he was the kindest person as I asked about pool safety and crib set up for the home. Closer to our vacation, Ed and Lizs sent their website link, which was an amazing resource for restaurants and things to do around town. Check in to the home was easy, the keypad was obviously placed. Once we entered the home, I was very excited to see how clean the kitchen and bathrooms were. The bedding was also cleaned including all duvets which is not always the case in a rental nor hotel. All bathrooms had been supplied with towels and soap. The kitchen was very well organized and stocked with all basic pantry items. Not to mention Liz has every possible pan one could need in a kitchen (which came in handy when I found the perfect pan to cook the turkey for thanksgiving!!) In addition to bathroom and kitchen supplies, this home has EVERYTHING you needed for an amazing vacation! From beach chairs and towels, there are water wings aNd floats for the kids. Now to this homes best feature, the large heated pool! We had a cold week while staying but the kids still went into the pool. They swam so much! Thank you so much Ed and Liz for opening your home to our family! We cannot wait to come back next year!

Pleasantly Surprised
This was our first experience VRBO rental and it was quite pleasant. The weather was not very cooperative, but we are from Wisconsin and it still was warmer than our home state. The pool was heated and we did use it. I was a little fearful of the property access procedures and returning something thru the mail to the UK for deposit refund, but it went very well. Liz and Ed were very pleasant to rent with and I would do it again. It is unfortunate that it isn't available for next years family wedding. Thank you Liz and Ed.

Great vacation home
The house was lovely. Clean and had everything you needed. Also a wealth of information of area restaurants, stores and places to see. Very quiet neighborhood and the landscaping provides privacy in the pool area. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and relaxing
This very beautiful place was very relaxing for me, my two daughters, and my husband. We had a wonderful time here and wished you could have had more time there. This house was close enough to Tampa that we drove there several days. This place really makes you feel at home. My daughters enjoyed having their own rooms and the pool. The pool was very clean and the landscaping was well taken care of. Me and my husband loved having the master bedroom separate from the kids. This gave us a little more private times then we would have had in a hotel. We can't wait to come back and stay at this house. Thank you so much for opening up your home to us! Looking forward to the next time we come!

Perfect home from home
We were very pleased on arrival,as we have stayed at other villas in Spring Hill, but this is far superior . We felt that we were in a property that was cared for and as stated home from home, well equipped with everything you could possibly need whilst you are staying .

Clean and comfortable
This property was a very pleasant surprise. I book a golf getaway at this time every year and I have found that Spring Hill is a really central home base. There is everything anyone could ever want close at hand. The property was immaculate which is on the top of my list, they provided anything that one would need to feel at home. From the inside of the house to the pool to the yard all was clean and neat. I have been disappointed in rentals before , not this time it was a highly polished diamond!

The best rental property ever!!!
This is the best property that we have ever had the pleasure of renting, it was exceptionally clean and had every item that you could require in the kitchen, bathroom, lounge, pool and it even had a basketball hoop. The pool is perfect, in fact the only problem with this rental house is that you will not want to leave it to venture out. Liz and Ed are perfect hosts, and we would love to visit again. If you do manage to venture out, we loved Pine Island, and we saw lots of wildlife just swimming by, a Giant Sea Turtle and pods of dolphins were the highlight. We also swam with Manatee at Crystal River and that was great (but an early start). Perfect holiday in an American Dream - Thanks Liz and Ed.

A beautiful, well equipped, well maintained home.
This house was fantastic! It is nicely decorated throughout and extremely comfortable. It has all the necessities: washer/dryer, wireless internet, cable TV – including extras: board games, books, DVDs, maps, area info. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need – and more. The bedrooms had plenty of closet space, drawer space and the beds were very comfortable. You couldn’t ask for a better home away from home. The location is convenient for shopping, dining and sightseeing. The local library – with internet and printing capabilities – is about a mile away. The landscaping is gorgeous. The lanai and pool have plenty of seating and a table and chairs for six, with a full bathroom. The heated pool is a perfect size. We took advantage of the pool every day. We hated to leave – we hope to be back!

A great, relaxing vacation!
This house was fantastic!! When we arrived we were so excited and pleased with what we saw. The house was extremely clean, and has everything that you could need while on vacation. The kids absolutely loved the heated pool. They just swam for 4 days and didn't even want to go anywhere. The grill by the pool is such a blessing to have. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while in Spring Hill. We returned back home so relaxed. It was well worth it and possibly the best vacation we've had! I hope to return again next year, and many more to come. The owners were very easy to work with and are extremely organized and dedicated to this property and its upkeep.

Wonderful Villa in a Great Location
This is the best villa that we have stayed in, exceptionally well equipped and very comfortable.It was very,very clean and we wanted for nothing. The location is ideal for shopping and dining options and for visiting places of interest such Homosassa and Tarpon Springs. Also close to the beach at Pine Island. Highly recommended to those seeking a nice quite holiday in an ideal villa. Will be back next year, all being well.

Just as described and a lot more, every aspect of making your stay at the property relaxing had been catered for. The location is perfect for those who want a quiet getaway or travellers who want to see the sights. Having spent two fantastic weeks at this property we would thoroughly recommend this to anyone who wanted to visit the Gulf coast,a truly amazing property. Absolutely Wonderful Home!
What can I say that hasn't already been said in previous reviews? This is an mmaculate, open, comfortable, and very accommodating home! I was immediately impressed with how much more spacious the living/dining/poolside areas are as compared to the pictures posted on this site. As we love to cook both indoors & outdoors (the poolside gas grill is very nice, by the way), we had every possible utensil available to us, right down to the garlic press! The swimming pool is a blessing. It is very well-maintained at the perfect temperature for us (85 degrees Fahrenheit), so there was no need whatsoever to adjust the pool's temperature setting. The landscaping on the property is very tastefully done, as are the bathroom upgrades (i.e. shower tiles, toilets, vanities, sinks). Ed & Liz were very prompt, courteous, and accommodating in communications with them during the booking process, during our stay, and in follow-up communications. I give "An American Dream" my very highest recommendation to those couples and small families wishing to visit, relax, and enjoy the raw beauty of the West Central Gulf Coast of Florida. Thank you so very much, Ed & Liz, for sharing your home with us! It was the best part of our stay!

Een Perfecte Villa
Wij : een ouder echtpaar hebben 26 nachten vakantie genoten in villa "An American Dream. Toen wij het huis binnengingen was het 2x WOW, een prachtig licht ingerichte en schone woning met werkelijk alles erop en eraan, met name de keuken was compleet ingericht met alle kruidenierswaren die je maar nodig zal hebben. De living, slaapkamers en badkamers zien er ook heel mooi uit. De bedden slapen prima en het huis is rustig gelegen, met veel privacy en een groot zwembad en terras, heerlijk om 's morgens lekker buiten te ontbijten. In het huis is ook veel documentatie aanwezig over bezienswaardigheden en restaurants in de buurt. Een aanrader vinden wij een kayak tocht stroomafwaarts op de Weeki Wachi River, voor ons een geweldige ervaring. Ook een dagje strand op Pine Island Beach ( 15 min) is een aanrader. Wij bevelen deze villa zeker aan ,ook Gasten met kinderen zullen zich hier echt vermaken. De communicatie met de eigenaren verliep prima ,zij bieden je een onvergetelijke vakantie aan in hun "American Dream"

Home away from home
It was the second time we stayed in An American Dream. The moment we arrived it was like coming home again. This time we stayed for 4 weeks and we enjoyed every moment. The house is great and has everything you need to have a great stay. It is very clean both inside and outside. The neighbourhood is quite and not far from the stores. It is a great location to visit other parts of Florida. Thank you Liz and Ed and we can't wait to come back.

Instantly felt at home
From the minute we arrived late on a Saturday night we instantly felt at home. The fixtures and fittings are far superior to what we have had in previous rental properties, even down to the state of the art washing machine. The pool area is very private and the inclusion of pool heating from a heat pump is a bonus as the weather can change daily in November. Thanks Liz and Ed you have a really nice home.

Everything you could possibly want and more!
This really is the perfect place to chill out in peace and privacy. It has absolutely everything you could wish for. It not only is immaculate but also extremely well equipped.
