We had a different booking that got canceled on the way down to Kissimmee. We booked this the day before we got there with no issues! The manager text for our IDs then keep communication going through the app to make sure everything was good with the house after check in. I was thankful they had changed out the white sofa and white chairs. White in a rental just worried me with a family for a week. The house was clean and located close to the gates. The pool was great with lots of chairs and tanning space!

Overall our stay was great. Just a few hiccups. Property was supposed to be ready by 4p to check in to but the cleaning crew was still there when we showed up at 630p. Not a big deal, we just ran to the store and shopped for our trip. They we done when we got back. The washer or dryer left some black marks on our clothes and made terrible noises. We had to make another trip to the store to get stain remover but that worked when we washed then again so I'm not sure if it was from the previous people that stayed there. The owner was super quick to respond and even allowed a late check it without extra payment due to the check in time issue! We would stay again!

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a review. I am glad to hear that your overall stay was great and that you would choose to stay with us again. It is also wonderful to know that our quick responses and flexibility with the late check-out contributed positively to your experience. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you encountered. Your rental should have been ready by the stated check-in time, and I’m sorry that the cleaning was still in progress when you arrived. We already review this with the cleaning company to ensure better coordination in the future. Your feedback is extremely valuable in helping us improve both our operations and guest experience. We truly appreciate your understanding and your kind words despite these hiccups. We would be delighted to welcome you back and provide a smoother, even more enjoyable stay next time. Best regards, Carl and team
