This property was a real mix-- the location and views are great. The outside firepit and sitting area is really nice. But the inside leaves a lot to be desired. First, the property is listed as a two bedroom. The second "bedroom" is actually a windowless room with a curtain as a door. It's right next to the kitchen, so noise travels easily into people trying to sleep. A few things were broken or poorly maintained-- one of the stove units was broken, the kitchen sink doesn't have a disposal so it drains very slowly which was problematic for making any substantial meals, and the shower faucet was temperamental. In general, the place seemed old-- rotting areas in the bathroom-- or not cleaned properly-- a strip above the shower with tons of hairs stuck to the surface. The kitchen was minimally stocked-- exactly four plates and silverware settings, tiny coffeemaker, no salt and pepper. The bathroom had no kleenex. And there were multiple signs saying you'd be charged if stains were left on the towels, sheets, etc. The check-in was a little wonky, where a form was emailed as we were arriving saying we needed to sign it and send it back or they'd hound us-- we didn't have a printer and there was no docusign, so that was a little weird. And this place was EXPENSIVE, so honestly, we expected more. But the beach was great, so again, it was a real mix. If you don't mind an older place, it's still a nice view right on the beach- although you definitely pay a lot for the location.
