We had the BEST time! The property was exactly as reported! Great location with amazing fishing! Cove was quiet and the beach area was just what we needed with the grandkids!! The owner was very accessible no matter what time! Family already requested we stay here next summer!!

We had the perfect weekend! The property was beautiful & well equipped. The kids had a blast playing ping pong & using the paddle boards. John was great with the communications before, during & after our stay!! Our daughter goes to GMC & the location was perfect I’d definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home & allowing us to make the amazing memories

We have stayed at many VRBOs. This was one of the best. It is a perfect, peaceful settling on the lake. The house was very clean with a nice layout for a group. We enjoyed the extra living space for playing games. Sunsets were beautiful and the porch was great. The owners were very attentive. The house is well appointed; the owners thought of (and have) everything you’ll need. The snacks were a nice touch. We would definitely stay again!

We had the absolute best time here with our family. The property is beautiful and being right on the water and have our boat there as well with our own dock, was exactly what we were looking for. The owners were super communicative when we had a few questions. There was so many activities and games for the kids, It was really set up to make the most of your family getaway. The beds were super comfortable and you can tell every little detail and thought that was put into this place. It felt very much like a hotel with all the plush towels too. We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this was one of the cleanest and had the most attention to detail I’ve seen! They spared no expense here and we will be back!!

Absolutely loved this place! Best location on the lake, clear water, beautiful sunsets! This place sits in a very quiet area of the lake, with little boat traffic but big water views. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. My family loved everything about this house... the game room in the garage, the fire pit, the retro-Nintendo, the paddle boards, the little beach, the boardgames... And the screened-in porch is perfect for watching sunsets at the fire table. John was an excellent host -- he was very responsive to our questions and very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

We had the absolute best time staying at this lake house on Lake Sinclair! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was spotless, well cared for, and had everything our family needed for a relaxing getaway. The paddle boards were a great extra for the water! The location is perfect. Right on the lake with beautiful views and easy access to fishing. One of the highlights of our trip was catching a HUGE catfish! We spent our days fishing, relaxing by the water, and making wonderful family memories.If you're looking for a clean, comfortable place in the perfect spot on Lake Sinclair, this is it. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation and would absolutely stay here again. The host was a great communicator also! Highly recommend!

We had the best time!  The house was amazing and everything was very well thought-out.  We spent most of our time hanging out on the dock and swimming.  It was such a great setup for spending the day down at the water.  The paddle boards were great -- we paddled over to the island and checked out the ducks and cranes.  The water was as clear as we have seen on Sinclair and we've been coming to this lake for years.  The house was well-appointed with everything we needed and was very clean and organized.  There were LOTS of games in the TV room and the game room in the garage was a great break from the sun.  The sunsets from the house were amazing!  John and Jen were awesome hosts and did a great job communicating with us before and during our stay.  We will definitely be back -- already planning the next stay.
