We needed a place for 3, with amenities - AC, basic cooking, wifi, and walking distance to the shops and restaurants of Boothbay Harbor and this rental had it all. We ate dinner on the deck one night and did take out by walking to the restaurant to pick-up, everything was close. Appointed with amenities nicely, clean, close to everything and definitely will look to rent again!

The unit had everything we needed and was clean and well maintained. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. I will add that anyone with mobility issues should be aware the parking area is an angled gravel surface and there is a flight of stairs to get to the unit. The harbor is nice with many shops and restaurants. We enjoyed a sailing excursion and the nearby botanical gardens during our stay.
