The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The living area opens onto the terrace. The bedroom has a double bed and a TV. The apartment comes with a parking space right next to the house.
We have a garage available for your bicycles. One pet (please keep it under supervision at all times inside the apartment) is allowed upon request.
A washing machine and dryer are available on the first floor (laundry room) (for a fee).
All of our vacation apartments are non-smoking.

Kitchenette: dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster.
Electronics: 2 TVs, radio, Wi-Fi—free of charge.

Vacation Apartment 3 (41 sqm) is located on the first floor (separate entrance on the right) and features a west-facing terrace.

One pet is allowed in the apartment under supervision. The pet must not be left alone or unsupervised in the apartment.

The prices for our vacation apartments always apply to stays of 7 nights or more; for stays of fewer than 7 nights, a short-stay surcharge applies.

The Hoch am Wind house offers modern living at reasonable prices. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and near the beautiful family lagoon. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house; for the comfort of all guests, we ask smokers to use the balcony or terrace. In the ground-floor apartments, one pet is allowed upon request; all apartments include a parking space, and a washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are available in a separate laundry room. Extra beds are available in some units for a fee.
