Only thing is I wished the advertising for the property saying there is a pool and hotub but not mentioning that you would have to pay extra to use them.

The location within the resort was wonderful and the house was the perfect size for our needs. However, the house was in need of a good cleaning and maintenance. There were missing sheets on some of the beds, there were a number of broken items around the house such as the microwave handle, bathroom door that didn’t close, and missing piece of stairs. Additionally there were dishes in the cabinet with dried food caked onto them, pink mold on the shower curtains, and dried blood on the comforter. When checking out we needed a code to bring the garbage to the dumpster but despite a number of calls and texts to the management company no one was able to provide that to us. Overall the management company was unresponsive and did not provide important information including the need to buy resort passes 10 days ahead of time to avoid additional fees. They also require you to pick up and drop off the house keys at a separate location a half hour away. The resort was great. We’d love to stay at Bayside again but would find a house not managed by VueStay vacations.
