This exclusive penthouse is located on the 7th floor of our modern apartment building. The spatial layout is exemplary, the design is skillfully planned, and the rooftop terrace offers a breathtaking view!

The spacious living and dining area is furnished in warm colors and features a wood-burning stove. Especially during the infamous “Frisian dreary weather,” this stove really enhances the cozy atmosphere.
The wood-burning stove may only be fueled with wood briquettes!
With its timelessly beautiful design, the elegant built-in kitchen offers everything you need. Dishes, silverware, glasses, as well as pots and pans are provided.
Please note that household supplies and consumables such as dish towels, dishcloths, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, etc., are not included; please bring these with you.

The bedrooms are furnished with box-spring beds, giving them a hotel-like feel. Each bedroom also features a wardrobe and an additional TV.
On stormy and/or rainy days, the fully equipped bathroom becomes a wellness retreat. A sauna, a rain shower, and a bathtub provide the comfort you need to relax. You can purchase sauna scents for your personal sauna moments at our front desk.
Underfloor heating throughout the apartment provides cozy warmth on cool days.

The large, wrap-around, furnished rooftop terrace expands the outdoor space by approximately 85 m². Here, a breathtaking view awaits you from a considerable height.

Upon request, a travel crib with a mattress and/or a high chair for toddlers can be borrowed at the front desk.
Shared washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, are available for a fee in our laundry room on the first floor of House No. 48.

Bachelor and bachelorette parties, as well as similar celebrations, parties, or events, are not permitted in this accommodation.
For safety reasons, barbecuing is prohibited throughout the entire vacation park.

One parking space is available to you free of charge for the duration of your stay.
Dogs are welcome here!

The apartment is connected to the fiber-optic network and offers excellent internet reception.
