Beautiful 50 m² apartment, on the ground floor, close to the centre of Vence, for 2 people, with a garage for your car, a lovely 9 x 4 m private swimming pool, a private beach with deckchairs and garden furniture. Another covered terrace with an outdoor dining table. Bedroom with double bed (160x200), living room with TV, Wi-Fi (wireless internet connection), well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster... Old town, supermarket and shops within a few minutes' walk (so some noise possible during the day). It is ideally located for visiting the entire Côte d'Azur. 15 minutes by car to the beach, 10 minutes to the new luxury shopping centre Polygone Riviera. Towels, bath towels and bed linen are included and provided weekly. Washing machine in the bathroom (shower), separate toilet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Vence. Excellent communication from the start and a very nice host. The pool at the property really enhanced our experience, and it was just a very short walk to the village centre with a lovely local bakery nearby. The location was perfect for easy day trips to Monaco, Nice, Cannes and Antibes. Highly recommended!

An interesting place to stay. The host is first class: attentive, eager to please, yet discreet. Everything is provided for, with an excellent swimming pool and garage parking. Location is close to shops and the old town of Vence.

Relax and unwind!

A week of sun, enjoyed having our own pool in a private setting with a good choice of restaurants within walking distance! Apartment was lovely and clean with everything we needed, Manou our host was very welcoming, hope to return soon!

Nice stay

We had a very nice holiday in this clean, comfortable, well equipped apartment. The garden and pool area was pleasant and nice to relax in. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the nearest supermarket and about a 20 minute walk from Vence ‘old town’ with its excellent restaurants.

Great accomodation, beautiful region

The appartment was as clean as it can get, spacious. Everything you need was there as wel. Great pool, which is also very clean and only used by yourself. The owners are friendly, there when you need them but they also give you a lot of privacy!Great stay, we surely recommend to everyone who enjoy's rest and peace in combination with a lot of possibilities in the region!

Excellent Location

Super accommodation in a lovely location. Easy walk to Vence town. Buses also easy to get to other locations along the coast. Owners very keen to help if any questions and keen to respond in English to help us. Everything in the apartment was of good quality. Pool was superb and carefully maintained.

Excellent holiday

My husband and I have today returned from 11 days at this property. It was excellent in every way. The location was ideal and we could walk to the town easily. The property was very well equipped and all needs were catered for. The swimming pool was spotless and the owners could not have done more for us.

I can only repeat what the other reviews say, spotlessly clean, & very well equipped. The pool and surrounding area very well maintained. Wonderful discreet but friendly hosts always willing to help/ advise, Google translation was well used.My only advice for any one who is not very mobile, is to be aware that there are quite a few steps down to the apartment.Vence is a lovely town for shopping and restaurants.Would love to return there again in the future. It is a very nice appartement, with a beautiful outdoor area, and a lifesaving pool in the French summerheat. The host was very nice and exceptionally helpful in any way. I will recommend this place any day, and wouldn't hesitate coming back to stay there again.

Wir haben 9 Tage in der Ferienwohnung von Manu und Tassio verbracht und waren wirklich rundum begeistert: Die Wohnung mit großem Schlafzimmer und der vollausgestatteten Küche entspricht vollkommen der Internet-Ankündigung. Der abgeschirmte und top gepflegte Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung ist einfach großartig.Der Vermieter war supernett und hat sich bei unseren Anliegen und Fragen sofort gekümmert. Aufgrund der durchgehend großen Hitze war eine regelmäßige Wartung des Pools nötig, die der Vermieter immer nach vorheriger Absprache mit uns durchgeführt hat. Unsere Privatsphäre und Ungestörtheit hatten für ihn oberste Priorität. Besser kann man es nicht machen!Die Landschaft in Südfrankreich und die naheliegenden Städte an der Küste Nizza und Antibes (mit dem Auto jeweils 35 Minuten) sind wirklich tolle und lohnende Ausflugsziele.Alles in allem ein Super-Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge, Bäcker und Supermarkt in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen, Unterkunft wie auf den Bildern, Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit wenn man ihn brauchte. Mooi huisje in mooie omgeving

Het weer zat nogal tegen, dus we hebben weinig bij het zwembad kunnen zitten, maar het appartement ligt op loopafstand van het oude centrum aan de voet van de heuvels, dus dat is weer mooi. De eigenaar woont erboven en is erg behulpzaam.

Wir haben uns noch nie in einer Unterkunft so wohlgefühlt wie hier. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und auch Dinge wie Kaffekapseln oder ein Wein standen zur Begrüßungen bereit. Einen erheblichen Anteil an der Bewertung haben auch die Vermieter beigetragen.Diese wohnen über dem Appartment und waren zu jedem Zeitpunkt erreichbar, nicht aufdringlich und haben uns gute Tipps gegeben, wenn das Eetter auch msl niht so gut war

Lage, Wohnung, Pool wirklich sehr schön

Die Begrüßung, durch Anatas war sehr herzlich. Leider war das Wetter nicht so gut, dass man den tollen Pool hätte öfter nutzen können. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, die Küche Ok. Schönes großes Schlafzimmer mit großem Bett. Die sehr schöne Altstadt von Vence ist fußläufig schnell erreicht.

Zwischen Meer und Bergen

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu dem netten Ort Vence, Bäcker und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Genialer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Rennradtouren. Mit dem Auto ist man in 20 Minuten an der Küste. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und steht bei Fragen oder Wünschen stets zur Verfügung. Wir haben unseren Urlaub und den schönen Pool sehr genossen, vielen Dank an Tassou und Manou.

Schöne Ferienwohnung nahe Nizza

Die Wohnung eignet sich sehr gut, um Nizza und die Umgebung von Nizza kennenzulernen. Nizza selbst erreicht man mit dem Auto in etwas mehr als einer halben Stunde, auch schöne Strände sind gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Abends kann man zu Fuß in die schöne Altstadt von Vence gehen und hat eine große Auswahl unterschiedlicher Restaurants. Ein Pluspunkt der Wohnung ist der schöne Pool, in dem man sich jederzeit erfrischen kann. Auch die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Beschreibung trifft genau zu, der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zurückhaltend, ist aber immer ansprechbar, wenn man Fragen hat.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön und hätte noch länger sein können. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen genial. Vom SZ aus direkt in den Pool. Tolle Aussicht. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieter. Es gab keinerlei Sprachprobleme da auch deutsch gesprochen wurde. Fußläufig 10 Minuten zur Altstadt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Der erste Sommer in der Provence, herrlich!!!

Vence hat eine traumhaft schöne Altstadt, die von der Ferienwohnung in knappen 10-15 Minuten erreichbar ist. Der Vermieter ist unglaublich freundlich und meldet sich immer umgehend, wenn man Fragen hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und beinhaltet alles, was man benötigt. Umbedingte Empfehlung.
