Welcome to my beautiful 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom Rochester home designed for comfort, space, and convenience — perfect for families, group travelers, business guests, relocations, and extended stays. This spacious property comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests with two bedrooms featuring king-size beds and four additional bedrooms with queen-size beds, all thoughtfully furnished with comfortable mattresses, quality linens, and ample storage to help you settle in and feel at home.

One of the standout features of the home is the large, fully equipped kitchen, ideal for everything from quick breakfasts to group meals. The oversized island provides generous prep space, casual seating, and a natural gathering spot for guests to connect. You’ll also find a coffee machine ready for your morning routine, along with essential cookware, dishware, and appliances that make both short and long stays easy and convenient.

The home has been recently updated with durable vinyl flooring throughout, offering a clean, modern look while being practical for group living. Spacious common areas allow guests to relax comfortably, whether unwinding after a busy day, working remotely, or enjoying time together.

Other things to note
Please note that this property is not wheelchair accessible. The entryway and hallway doorways are not wide enough for wheelchairs, walkers, or other mobility devices. In addition, the bathroom has a tub/shower combination that may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

We are not ADA compliant with the door. It’s too narrow for a wheelchair and the bed is quite low and would be difficult to get up and out of for some people.

Other things to note***

Accurate guest count required and insurance. Please make sure when you book the house you enter the correct number of guests including all those that will be staying overnight or stopping by. If you questions about this, message the host before booking. For example, if you plan on 1 person stay overnight and 5 people visit during the day, the guest count is 6 people. Message the host prior to instant booking if you have questions.

No Parties, Events, Loud Noise: Noise complaints by neighbors may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

No Smoking, Vaping or Hookahs: Guests may be subject to an additional $750 deep cleaning fee if there is any noticeable odor or evidence of smoking or vaping inside or outside the property.
