This newer ranch-style home is nestled in a quiet, welcoming neighborhood and is perfect for those who enjoy both relaxation and outdoor activities.

You’ll be just 0.3 miles from Derby Grange Golf & Recreation, featuring mini golf, a par 3 course, and batting cages. Additional nearby attractions include the Dubuque Soccer Complex, Sundown Mountain Ski Resort (approximately 5 miles away), the Arboretum & Botanical Gardens, and local bike trails. The west end also offers a variety of shopping, dining options, and an AMC theater for a perfect rainy-day outing.

Across town, you can explore some of Dubuque’s most popular destinations, including the National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium, the Riverwalk, the historic Fourth Street Elevator, Eagle Point Park, and the Lock and Dam. Great property that was set up perfectly for our needs. Located on the edge of Dubuque but close enough to attractions that were easy to get to. Host was very responsive to messages and answered quickly! Our family had a great experience!!

Modern new home. Quiet safe neighborhood. Beautiful landscaping with great view of the setting sun from the outside deck. Ample space with four bedrooms and large kitchen area. Three car garage allowed for all vehicles to be parked inside. Would stay there again if we were in the Dubuque area.

By far one of the nicest properties we've stayed at. Its a newer, beautiful home in a family- orientated, quiet neighborhood located a few minutes outside of downtown Dubuque.Communication with the owner was clear and timely with all the info you will need to make your stay here easy and pleasant.This home has plenty of space and every amenity that you could want or need. There's also plenty of shopping/dining/grocery stores nearby too.We had relaxing weekend here with family and we highly recommend this home. We'll definitely stay here again when we come to Dubuque.

Melissa was absolutely fantastic to work and communicate with. She was extremely helpful and accommodating. The house was everything and more we could have wanted and expected. The house was spotless and fantastically equipped with anything we could need or think about needing. Not only will we be staying again when we come back to the area but family living nearby were equally impressed and will be sharing our experiences with other family members who visit the area. Thank you again for such a welcoming and effortless stay.

I usually like to leave both positive comments and drawbacks. That would be difficult with this house. It’s perfect. We didn’t cook but the kitchen is well equipped. Everything is clean and shiny. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay here! From the moment we walked into this house we instantly felt at home. My wife is very particular with the cleanliness of VRBO's and this is the first place that exceeded her standards. We could not get over how clean this house was. Everything was well stocked from linens and towels, to kitchen items and even laundry. The location was ideal. The property itself was perfect to watch the sunset on the beautiful patio. The yard was spacious for our boys to run around and catch lightening bugs for their first time! When we travel we usually don't spend much time at the house, except to sleep, but this house made us just want to stay in and relax, we completely felt at home. The host was communicative and easy to work with. I highly recommend this house and we look forward to staying here again.
