The apartment building consists of eight apartments of equal size, four of which are on the first floor with a terrace, and the other four on the upper floor with a balcony. Each apartment has its own entrance.
The spacious living room features a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, a radio, and a dining table. The open, fully equipped kitchen is directly adjacent to the living room. From here, you can step out onto your private balcony or terrace. In the bedroom, you’ll find a cozy double bed and a large closet where you can store all your belongings. The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, a sink, and a small shelf.


Apartment 08 is located on the upper floor and features a private balcony.

You can bring your own towels and bed linens, or you can book them for an additional fee and find both ready upon your arrival. If you’re traveling with a toddler, you’re welcome to book a travel crib and a high chair for an additional fee. We also rent out baby monitors, bottle warmers, baby bathtubs, safety rails, changing pads, night lights, and stair gates.
You can also borrow a microwave and a freezer for free. If needed, please specify your requests when booking.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property.
A parking space is located right next to the house and is free of charge.
A flat-rate final cleaning fee is charged for the apartment. However, you also have the option of handling the final cleaning yourself in exchange for a security deposit. Upon successful inspection upon your departure, you will receive a refund of this amount.
You have the option to use a washing machine and dryer in the central administration building for a fee.



A cozy vacation apartment in an apartment building in the center of the North Sea resort town of Burhave awaits you. Enjoy a relaxing vacation right next to the dike. The 60 m² apartment offers everything two people need for a carefree vacation.

Please note that our accommodations are rented exclusively for tourist stays. Rentals to construction workers are not permitted. 

There are a variety of recreational activities for children and adults in Burhave as well as in the surrounding area. Take a dip in the Nordseelagune water park—enjoy swimming in a seawater lake without tides—or at the DLRG-supervised beaches along the coast with no admission fee. You can also use the swimming pool, sauna, or the play barn, which features a go-kart track and mini-golf, among other attractions, right in town. Explore the region by bike—you’ll find a very well-developed network of bike trails stretching up to 250 km. You can also enjoy plenty of sailing, surfing, swimming, horseback riding, skating, Nordic walking, mudflat hiking, and fishing here. A place for an active vacation or for pure relaxation. Our vacation apartments are the ideal starting point for either. Centrally located, not far from the beach, yet quiet and private. 
Get to know the region and its people; take a stroll through neighboring Bremerhaven or Bremen! But there are also plenty of shops and restaurants in Burhave that invite you to linger. There are also frequent cultural highlights, and we’d be happy to provide you with information about them while you’re here.
