The open-concept living area is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. Unwind with a movie on the 70-inch Smart TV, enjoy the comfortable seating area, or simply take in the unique atmosphere of the loft's industrial design and towering ceilings.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for morning coffee, takeout nights, quick meals, or extended stays. Warm wood cabinetry, marble-inspired surfaces, and modern finishes continue the loft's industrial-meets-earthy aesthetic throughout the space.

Upstairs, the lofted bedroom provides a cozy retreat overlooking the living area below. Thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, it's the perfect place to recharge after a night out in Detroit.

***Please note: This is a one-bedroom loft with one private upstairs bedroom featuring a queen bed.
***The living room includes a comfortable sofa, and we provide a queen-size air mattress for additional guests.

I don’t think it’s possible to have a more attentive host. Robbie got back to me quickly and so politely each time I reached out. The loft itself was lovely and clean; we truly got to experience Detroit, along with the fun amenities like a record player and dart board, which were both new to our children. We had fun exploring the impressive art offered throughout the building, too. Thank you for enhancing our fantastic Detroit experience!

We enjoyed our stay at this historic loft. The decor is cute and the apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was good- close to many restaurants and downtown. We had good Mexican food at Armando’s and visited Michigan Central nearby.
