Enjoy a secluded location surrounded by nature and a golf course while still being only five miles from the Manchester Summer Festival Horse Show, 10 miles from Bromley Mt., and 15 miles from Stratton.

Upon entering this snowbird-friendly home, you will notice plenty of unique golf memorabilia and golf history throughout the home. Discover a spacious open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one - ideal for entertaining and hosting memorable gatherings. Curl up to unwind and watch thrilling shows and movies on the smart TV or play any of the entertaining board games provided. When mealtime comes, surprise your loved ones with exquisite homemade masterpieces prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances.

It’s definitely a beautiful home and the amenities like the hot tub, pool table, steam shower, and views were incredible. It was just definitely not as clean as we would have hoped. Ants on the counters, spider webs/dust, and the old furniture was kind of off putting. I tried to ask about what looked like a camera that was at the top of the garage because I didn’t want to be recorded in my bathing suit, but I didn’t get an actual response other than we will get back to you. I ended up hiding behind the hot tub cover to take off my cover up and it ends up being a decent shield when you’re inside the hot tub.

The property met most of our needs. It was clean and well-equipped. Enjoyed the view and the access to Manchester. Unfortunately the weather prevented us from enjoying the deck or the hot tub. Finding the right light switch for the appropriate light was sometimes a minor challenge. Would have appreciated some clocks around the house.Two of the bath tubs were very slippery and dangerous. A simple mat in the tub would have made a huge difference and perhaps grab bars. The dishwasher leaked onto the kitchen floor when we used it. Instructions for the master bathroom shower controls would have helped. Instructions that the trash compactor was unusable would have helped. In the queen bathroom, the control that chooses between the shower head and faucet came off in my hand, but was still usable, but tentative. The pool table needs an 8 ball.
