This fully remodeled 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath Gulf-front condo is designed for guests seeking a peaceful and refined coastal getaway. Wake up to breathtaking sunrise views over the water, spend the day steps from the beach,and unwind with unforgettable sunsets from your private balcony.



All booking fees are included in the quoted price. Sun n Sand requires a separate point of contact form to be filled out, and a separate security deposit of $300 is required 2 days before check-in. This deposit will come across as a hold on your credit card and will be released after you check out, unless there is damage done to the property.



Located in a fully renovated low-density beachfront complex,the condo offers modern finishes, comfortable luxury, and a relaxing atmosphere ideal for couples or solo travelers. Designated quiet hours within the complex help maintain the peaceful coastal environment guests value most. Very clean. I had to contact the host about a few issues in the condo. She was very responsive. The ocean view is spectacular. You are practically right on the beach. I was very impressed that the fridge had an ice maker that actually worked.

Coastal Calm was better than advertised! Clean, beautiful ocean and beach view from the picture patio door/window!! Everything was perfect! Parking could be better but that’s not the fault of VRBO or the host. Overall 10/10!!

Lovely view. Well furnished. Clean and well kept. Not the property owners fault but the pool is pretty disappointing. Property staff (maintenance) not friendly at all and in fact were rude once. I am not a pool person so I would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire check-in process easy.The beach view was beautiful and one of our favorite parts of the trip. We enjoyed sitting outside and taking in the scenery. The pool was also clean, well kept, and a great place to relax after spending time at the beach.Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We would happily stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary trip, and it was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway! The space was clean, comfortable, and just minutes from the beach. It was also conveniently located near some of the best restaurants in the area. The view was absolutely beautiful, and the host was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or needed information.The only downside—which was completely outside of the host's control—was that parking could be limited at times because people who weren't staying on the property would use the lot. Also, one of the elevators went out of service halfway through our stay.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing place close to the beach, I highly recommend it!
